Electric Spaceheater beneneath window!

Cold, no heat! Dogs overrunning Property. Sanctuary apartment, scary for single Women. I lived in Berry Point, it was scary and very, very Cold! Small electric space heater beneath window. Heat goes right out the window! the blinds actually flutter.
