When I was looking for a place to rent, I read countless bad reviews of other apartment complexes along with similar stories from friends. I heard great things about The Sands and decided to live here. The staff has been unbelievably friendly, helpful and responsive. There have also been numerous upgrades since I moved in. I really appreciate the team here. They do go above and beyond and are super friendly.

The Sands of Clearwater apartments truely seem to have a very luxurious and comfortable feeling about them. The apartment we moved into was very spacious, clean, and inviting! We are centrally located, next to Walmart and Publix, everything is easily accessible, good parking, quiet, you don't really have to worry about anything.

The Sands at Clearwater is a clean, bright and safe community conveniently located in the heart of Clearwater. It has a wonderful outdoor area featuring a pond with a walking path, a beautiful pool, and a nice clubhouse area. Management is friendly and the maintenance team is responsive to any issues. I have lived there for four years now and have enjoyed the community immensely!

The front office and the maintenance staff are some of the nicest people. My issues are the upkeep of the grounds. We had a few hurricanes last year and the buildings are literally falling apart. These have yet to be looked at or fixed. Shingles are loose. The under roof tiles are hanging ready to fall on people. It’s really an eye sore and not worth the luxury title. The fountain in the pond has been dead for almost a year now. This causes mosquitos to grow and be super aggressive. The smell of the dead water is starting to grow as well. I would love to see management take pride in this community again. It’s been hard to stay here for those reasons.

Grounds are nice, amenities are nice. Maintenance is timely. Management is communicative. If you don’t care for noise, I don’t recommend. There are a lot of emergency vehicles and loud stereos all day and night.

We’ve loved it here. The staff are friendly and care about our experience. After the hurricane, I passed Corazon on the sidewalk and she asked how it went for us and the dogs. Every maintenance request is answered promptly. Any questions we have are answered. It’s actually easy to live here, which is nice!

I have to admit when we first moved in we wouldn’t expecting the best place, but it went beyond our expectations. The kitchens are awesome. The grills work and are awesome. We love grilling outback great space to hang out and visit very convenient to grocery stores and convenient stores and restaurants restaurantsso far so good. We’ve been here about a month now and we’re enjoying it.

The mgmt company currently running things took more than 2 years to make the outside areas well-lit like they are supposed to be. Maintenance won't fix a problem until they can "see" it's a problem (allegedly per mgmt orders) despite an issue not taking place when they come to fix it. Can't really say these are "luxury" apartments when you have to fight to get things fixed.

Love it here, it’s a very beautiful and peaceful community. The views are gorgeous and the neighborhood is very calm and welcoming. The amenities are always clean and we haven’t had any problems since we’ve been here.

Great front office. Great maintenance staff. Amazing community. The pond and fountain are a highlight. The location is perfect. Stores, restaurants, easy access to north or south county or if you want to go to Tampa.

Love this place the best place we have found to live. It is quiet, clean and pleasant. It is well located and close to everything. It has beautiful green areas, you can walk around it with great peace. The only thing I can say is that the floors in the hallways of the buildings are very dirty and should be washed.

So far, the community is beautiful, and people are so friendly. I am enjoying it so far. There are minor things such as the gate not working properly, and the pool being closed but things happen, so it is not that big of a deal.

I've lived at The Sands At Clearwater since 2014. During my time here (after transplanting front NYC) I find it very different of course. Much cleaner, although there are times when garbage collection could be better, but mgmt is working on this. But that is small compared to the positive reasons I live here. There is the trash valet whom collects my trash. Need I not mention, our well kept pool, the walk-to Walmart, Chase Bank, CVS, Office Depot, Publix, private or public parking. My experience living here has been nothing less then a 5 star.

The office staff are great. The apartments homes are well equipped with great response if a repair is needed. The stairs and hallways are stained and very dirty and are not maintained which is embarrassing when I have guests.

We really enjoy living at the Sands! There is a lot of kids and a park for my daughter to enjoy! The pond is beautiful and has a nice walk around. The community is quiet and very clean!
