Wonderful place to call home The team at The Sanctuary 331 were always there for us and always in timely manners. The people working at the office are so kind and receptive. When I was moving from Canada, me and my wife needed an appartment promptly (after the a signing of another lease didint work out). Paula was so welcoming, answered all of our questions and worked very quickly to help us find a home and we were so greatful for that. The team at The Sanctuary at 331 obviously care about their tenants. We always felt safe, cared for and heard out. Truly we felt at home and were proud of it. The appartments are beautiful and affordable, we wete really lucky to have put our trust in this place. The abundance of trees and nature all around us was just so wonderful too. I’ve seen so many properties on my job in the panhandle, and in my opinion no other rental property is this nice because of this very aspect. Wonderful community and crew Everything has been beautifully taken care of since I moved in.
Nice, safe place to live The management team is active in addressing problems and taking prompt action. Most of the residents behave as good neighbors and there are surprisingly few disruptions given the large number of residents. I'm pleased that electric vehicle chargers were added this year. It's easy to leave the car and do other things while it's charging.
Spectacular Team! After three years of being here, I am still utterly impressed how our management team here reacts so quickly to any issue and salt it as fast! Simply awesome!

Alarm in exterior stairwell Within 10 minutes of my submission, the alarm stopped! Perhaps it was my report or maybe someone else else's because the building could've had a lot of people mentioning it. Anyway, thankful I could go back to sleep after an hour and a half of that alarm!

Quick Service to Replace Light Bulb I put in the maintenance request on Saturday and Denny was at the apartment around 10am Monday to replace the burned-out bulb. He was cheerful and efficient. A very good way to begin the week.

Don't have an emergency on a weekend!! My heat went out on Sat afternoon. I put in an URGENT maintenance request imediately, as the temp outside was mid 40's. I received ZERO response or acknowledgement until sometime Mon (9-12?), a note was left on my counter that said do not leave heat on emergency heat. On SATURDAY when my heat stopped working, I tried EVERYTHING to get it on as my apartment was 56 degrees!!!. What I do NOT need is a sarcastic comment written at the bottom of a work order. I NEEDED a response to an URGENT request when freezing!! How can nobody be monitoring URGENT requests over the weekend. I hope nobody loses power or has a flood over a weekend. This is unacceptable!

Exceeding expectations My fire alarms started going off randomly. Of course it was Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Maintenance was officially off, but Elena in the office called head maintenance man on call. He immediately came and took care of the faulty alarm. Always top notch!
