The Royal Villas at the Golf Links

I’ve been here for a few months, management is responsive to all my emails and helpful whenever I need. I love that these are newly built, everything is clean including the gym, and since they are a family business they actually care about their residents and look to fix any issues.

these are right off of 41 and are right on the golf course. the pool is huge and the fitness room has nice new equipment. they also built a fenced in area for dogs which i have never seen another apt do.

Move in and move out is very impersonal. They don't have a person meet with you, you let yourself in when you move in and leave keys on the counter when you move out. The description states Lucky's is within walking distance of the apartments but that's only if you want to risk your life by walking on County U ( 55 MPH speed limit). I was told when I moved in (2023) that County U would be lowering the speed limit to 35, its still 55. Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors' conversations through the walls like they were standing in my apartment.

We haven't moved in yet. Every member of staff that we have worked with during the viewing and application process was so helpful. We're excited to move in and happy to be a part of Wrightstown Golf Course Apartments.

I moved in late September 2022. I was told during the walk through that there would be a pool and gym, the pool being ready for summer of 2023. Summer came and I asked via email when the pool would be ready as this was what I was told during my walk through. It was not ready for summer 2023, I actually don’t think they intended on building the pool as they had said. I believe they decided against building the pool and gym in order to put up the newer apartments(also a part of the Royal Villas) so they’d make more money. When I talked to the property manager he said he was sorry and didn’t have direct influence on when the pool would be built. I talked to someone else in management or building that was rude and it came of as a,”what do you want me to do about it.” I explained to him it was a big deal to me because I left my last apartment which had a gym and a pool.. already built lol. I didn’t complain any further since it clearly wouldn’t change things. It’s unfortunate that I was told inaccurate information that made me end up paying over $100 more in rent every month, no pool and no gym so I went to get an anytime fitness gym membership which costs my about $25 more as well each month. Our niece and nephew visited us in the summer and had been looking forward to swimming which was a bummer.
