Very nice buildings for the cost of rent, no complaints at all. The office is always getting food for the neighborhood and doing events for us who live here

The Row is a very nice and quiet apartment complex with some great aspects such as their pool and hammock areas as well as grills that can be used by anyone. The Row is also very affordable and the have several events throughout the year where they give away items and food for residents.

The staff is always kind and helpful. any issues get addressed and fixed in a timely manner. The prices are excellent, and the area is very nice.

The 2-car garages make this place! I love this community and the people here. Mati and Zoey in the office have always taken care of my needs and make sure this place feels like home!

After touring the Row I could not recommend it more. The apartments are very homey and the community is quiet and quaint. The office staff was top tier! I think the Row is a great option for all.

Very affordable apartments, located in a quiet neighborhood, not a lot of crime nor violence taking place. Easy for a student to buckle down and get focused, not too many distractions. The apartment itself is very spacious , especially with having the two door garage on each unit, it definitely makes a difference during the hot and cold seasons! The staff is very responsive, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staffing and as well as the maintenance team every time I put in a maintenance request it’s done within 24 hours and I’ve been living here a few years. Honestly, I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Hopefully this review doesn’t jinx me lol.

I love living at The Row!! the office is so helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I am graduating next year so I could not resign but I could not recommend the row enough!!!

I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year at The Row. The process was so effortless and seamless. They have very reasonable prices and have worked hard to update amenities and keep the property fun and new. The houses are very spacious and up to date! I love that the houses come furnished with all the furniture you could need. The staff at The Row is the best I have ever encountered. The leasing office staff, Zoey and Mati, are always available for any questions I have and are on top of responding to communications. They were happy to help out a friend of mine after hours who was locked out of his house. The staff comes up with fun resident events and giveaways every month to look forward to. The maintenance man Jalil is so helpful and is very quick about responding to maintenance calls and will always lend out a helping hand when he's around. I love the property here but the staff is what really makes this place seem like home to me.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Row. When I walked in to tour the place, Mati and Zoey were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They had no problem giving me a tour right away, and it was very informative and detailed. The facilities were impressive, and the atmosphere was inviting. It really seemed like a great place to live. Unfortunately, I recently found out that I won't be transferring to Mizzou, so I won't be able to live at The Row. It's disappointing because the community and amenities seemed like just what I was looking for in a living space. Nonetheless, I will be sure to recommend it to anyone I know who might be considering living there.

Great customer service! I was helped by a girl named Zoey and she was awesome. She is currently a resident at the Row so she was able to talk about resident experience in a way I could relate to.

I am moving to Columbia this coming school year and was looking for housing. I called The Row and talked to Abby and she really helped me out. I have never had to look for housing before so I wasn’t sure how the process worked, she answered all of my questions and helped me get a much better understanding of how everything worked. She explained the application process and even offered to walk me through it and answer any of my questions along the way. After our phone call she kept in contact and updated me throughout the process. Finding a place to live can be very stressful but Abby made the process way less stressful for me. I cannot wait to move in this Fall!!!

If you're looking at bang for your buck in Columbia then this is at the top of the list. With the amount of benefits here, the price is more than worth it. This is my first year living here and I've renewed my lease for a second year. A garage, community pool, and nice hangout/barbecue areas have made this a great space to live in. The size of the housing itself is more than enough, especially the kitchen. I love a good-sized kitchen. And, the management here is great. Rae has helped me the most and she's very kind and helpful. I can see they all try their best to make everyone happy and feel at home here.

Best and lowest pricing for college students. The apartments are beautiful the only bad thing is at the start of the year there were minor changes that needed to be made to the fridge and plumbing.

My friends and I moved in this past August, and everything has been great so far. The maintenance requests go through quickly and staff if very friendly and helpful

This is my first year living at the Row, and although we have had to make multiple maintenance requests, I love living here with my roommates! The maintenance requests get done fast so I don’t have much to complain about at all! I am planning on renewing my lease ??

I was a little nervous living on my own for the first time, but the row made it comfortable and a great first experience. There are various events always happening and the office is always sending out emails to update us on any important information. I think the roads are a little tight, but I love the pool and the garage especially in the winter!

I have lived at the row for almost two school years now and it has been great! The people working in the office have been so supportive and patient with all of my problems. The apartments are so spacious and they also come with a garage! The row is such a great place to live and i am blessed to be surrounded with the row community!

The move in was smooth and the leasing office staff is amazing! Rooms are spacious , along with bathrooms being a comfortable size.

I have only lived here a few months now, but I can honestly say I really enjoy it here. All of the staff are very genuine and care about all of the residents. I honestly love it here at The Row. I have only had 1 issue and they promptly came in and fixed it. All of the staff members are so polite and helpful. I love the pool and free printing in the office. I recommend this property for sure!
