very nice apartments, but management is hard to get into contact with and someone will not pick up their dog's poop and its kinda gross. Corporate is also unforgiving. Gym and pool is very nice, but do have required brake time for the pool (even if you are an adult)

Absolutely amazing complex! The admin staff is great. Amazing clean facilities. All the clientele here is great! On a Friday night at 9:00pm I can drop a hairpin and hear it hit the ground! The area is very low crime rate and right off highway with many major chain stores around within 10 minutes (Walmart,Target,Dollar Tree etc..). The commuter rail is 17 minutes away and takes about 50 minutes to get to back bay/ SS. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a quiet neighborhood where I feel safe to walk my dog at night. Having access to a gym is really convenient as well. Maintenance is very prompt in responding to requests which we greatly appreciate.

Good place for live, very good to live with your family. A calm and peaceful place to live away from the hustle and bustle of big cities, but with easy access to all markets, pharmacies and shops.

Nice community. Loud neighbors but staff won’t address them even after multiple complaints. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are nice.

I love living here, and feel like the community in general is nice and neighbors are kind. There are tons of community events which is always great too. Indoor properties are very well maintained and clean. I wish there was more attention to outdoor landscaping. Once summer hits, it looks beautiful, but then the irrigation systems don't work at patios so everything just dies off and dries out almost immediately. I used to have gorgeous black eyed Susan's that bloomed when we were first moving in, and they've all died off since. The patio where the grills are need some attention as the grills are wonky and the stone facing is coming off.

Fast service team and friendly staff. The community feels safe and friendly. The unit is clean and we love the in unit washer and amenities. We enjoy living here

Very noisy, lots of dogs and children, not at all what I expected. Vehicles travel fast in the parking lots. Cheap appliances, question about utilities; water & sewer, have to run water for a significant amount of time to get hot water, wasting water and my money. Fans running continuously on my electric bill, is this even legal?

Love living at The Rockwell! 5 years now! The pool over the summer was amazing! Love the Tarot Card reading! Cannot wait for Caitlin to come back!

Everything has been very good so far. I love the apartment and a very appreciative to have such a nice balcony. We haven’t used the gym yet, but I’m looking forward to that as well.

Staff at The Rockwell are super-office, maintenance, everyone. Go out of their way to be helpful. Residents are mostly friendly. Enjoy watching the dog walkers.

We had a great move-in experience last week. Our apartment and the property are clean and well-maintained. The clubhouse offers a nice space for studying or working.

Absolutely love it. Staff is helpful and respectful. Quiet at night. I have never had any issues with packages or pests. Very safe as well at night which is a plus since I get home from work late

I love living here. Great location, quiet, never hear my neighbors in my apartment, well-kept. There are only minor drawbacks, which there will always be in any apartment.

I’ve really enjoyed living here—the apartment itself is top-notch and you can tell it’s a newer build. Everything feels clean and modern, which is a big plus. That said, for the rent we’re paying, it would’ve been nice to have features like a Nest thermostat or individual room temperature control. Small upgrades like that could’ve made a big difference. Also, if you’re into sports or staying active, it’s a bit of a letdown that there’s no tennis or basketball court on site. On the bright side, the area’s pretty convenient—there are parks and trails nearby, plus solid shopping and dining options just a short drive away.Overall, great apartment, but a few extra amenities would’ve made it feel complete.

Location is amazing! We moved here due to the location and area. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is the lack of elevators, we dread grocery day every single week.

The Rockwell is a decent complex in general. Neighbours are friendly, and the leasing officer and maintenance staff are professional and efficient. The only thing that could be improved is noise control, as we often hear footsteps or people running upstairs.

Great location, they take great care of the amenities and the rental spaces are modern and well kept. The gym is one of my favorite community spaces along with the pool

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Leasing office was late to opening yesterday and seemed a little chaotic. Otherwise, they were very nice and respectful.

We love living at Rockwell. The staff members are super helpful addressing the community members needs. We did have any issues living here for the last 3 years.

We have been here almost 2 years now and so far we have had no complaints. The area is convenient and it is a quiet community. There is a huge field next door which is a plus when you need a change of scenery when I walking alone or with your pets!

The Rockwell is clean, quiet, and centrally located. I've been here over 2 years and have made this place a home. I don't have a dog yet, but I like that it's a pet friendly property.

A truly friendly community. All of my neighbors always say hello, and have a smile. The grounds are well manicured and the staff is always available to help. Lastly the location is 10 minutes away from any of ones shopping needs.

Pretty good community, maintenance staff is quick and responsive. There’s just a couple of issues in the unit right as we moved in. The biggest one was the strong mildew smell inside the apartment, but it should be good for now.

Love the community, in apartment amenities, design and decor, and the location. Small annoyances are the kitchen faucets require two hands to switch from spray to stream and the mustiness of master bathroom despite using fan 100% of time. Maintenance is very quick if an issue arises. Maintenance on the common areas such as hallways and stairwells is superb.

We just moved in and are pretty happy with our apartment so far. The apartments have some nice layouts with a lot of feature we were looking for. The apartment had some small issues that we had to work on after moving in but nothing major

I love the petite it’s beautiful. The community is super friendly. The only thing I would comment negative about is whomever lives on the 2nd floor from me the amount of noise and jumping is tremendously loud downstairs. I wish that would stop.

The Rockwell has well maintained spaces for the residence, good layout, and very safe but there is not much to do in the area yet. Still one of the best apartments I have rented.

I love my apartment, but I'm finding it difficult to adjust to the ventilation noise in the kitchen and bathroom. Dishwasher currently not working, but hopefully will be remedied tomorrow. Love the gym!

Pretty good. Move in was pretty easy all things considered. Staff is friendly. The area is really pretty. I love the look of the apartments themselves and they're fairly spacious

Overall a good place to live, good amenities, clean, safe. Staff & maintenance are the best. Can be noisy with neighbors and parking can be an issue but other than that it's great

Absolutely love living at the Rockwell! I have been living here since it opened! The staff here is amazing and the amenities are great. If there’s any issues with anything in your at the maintenance are so quick to get it taken care of.

From viewing apartments to signing my lease, Ashley and Meghan made everything so easy and were so helpful with everything. They helped me Pick a floor plan I really liked as well

The amenities at this community are very nice. There is a nice pool, gym and dog park. Also the management and maintenance staff are very nice. The downside is that they have almost no recourse for any residents that violate the terms of lease. There are several smokers in the community that smoke on the property and leave their cigarette butts everywhere and unless they are "caught in the act" they can not be held to account. This is meant to be a smoke free community. There are several bad dog owners in the community that don't pick up after their dogs, making walks cumbersome. There is a nice sized field that some owners allow their dogs off leash and when their dogs attack you or your pets, there is nothing that management can do. This creates a very unsafe environment for families who would like to let their children play in the same space. For the high cost of rent, the amenities are nice but the standards of living are subpar and potentially dangerous.

It's a nice community. The management is so nice and the maintenance staff is so fast. I love that it's pet friendly and now there are tons of kids too!
