Very pleased! I love living here for the last 29 years. This community and property management company really cares about you and has constantly raised the standard of care.
New managment has took over and have already done so many improvements! It's quite and tucked away yet close to everything you need. Love it here!
Terrible! The place is falling apart. Potholes all over the parking lot like a land mine. Refuse to fill them in. Exterior wood is rotting and fence is falling down. Interiors are not updated, carpet is old, faucets are old yet they raise the rent
I've been here 5 years and I am only leaving because I'm moving out of state. Chris and Rick are the absolute best! Wonderful, hard working people. They will do everything they can to help or fix or even just informing the residents of the 'goings on' around here. The apartments are very nice and the outside is well kept. Almost everyone plants flowers on their property and there are flowers every where around the complexes. A garden get away in busy Boardman! Very quiet despite being so close to route 224. There is a good mix of younger and older folks, but everyone is respectful of everyone else. There's never any trouble, the new management team (Chris and Rick) are not tolerant of trouble or noise makers which is great for the rest of it. If you want an apartment with a great house feel, check these out. You're door opens to the outside, so no smelling others food or odors in the hallway. 1 floor garden apartments, best management around, quiet, pretty.. I can't say enough good things!
