Property Ratings at The River Apartments
I moved to the River Apartments in November 2018 and absolutely love it. I should have made this move several years ago. My previous neighborhood had become unsafe. I love to get out and walk but had stopped doing that there. I now have started back walking again and walk within the complex. I now feel much more safe and thoroughly enjoy my walks again. If I don't make my walk until close to dark, the complex is very well lighted and that is also a Plus! The staff is also very helpful and courteous if I should have any issues. Any maintenance is taken care of the same day & I certainly appreciate that as I live alone. I hope this will be my last Move because I plan to stay for many years to come!
We are long time residents here at The River and couldn't be more happy. The staff here is amazing! They are prompt, courteous, and most of all, caring. They keep the property looking good and it is always safe for families and pets. If you are looking for a great place for a good value, this is the one! Our family will be here for a very long time.
