The resort town of Lake Geneva wraps around Geneva Lake and provides a public beach, a cruise line, and lakefront parks. It is also home to Big Foot Beach State Park, Aerial Adventures Outdoor Adventure Park, and Lake Geneva Canopy Tours -- making Lake Geneva as popular for tourists today as it was in the 19th century when wealthy Chicago residents built lakeside mansions as vacation homes. Several still stand, including Black Point. One of the city's oldest mansions, Black Point dates back to 1887 and is open for tours. Lake Geneva is roughly an hour northwest of Chicago and about an hour southwest of Milwaukee.
Across from the beach, restaurants, outdoor cafes, and wine bars provide a scenic welcome to the downtown shopping district. This walkable district is filled with gift shops and boutiques along with unique destinations like Tristan Crist Magic Theatre and the Geneva Lake Museum.

If you're looking for a place to stay keep looking. I could go on and on, but in reality just know that you're making a great decision by finding somewhere else to live. This place is a dumpster fire.
Just moved in and it’s been great so far. Had small things to get fixed and maintenance fixed it all the next day!
The manger is great and supportive. If you have any issues they are there to help. Quiet place. Haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is there in timely manner to fix fix things. Love it here.
We just signed our 3rd lease with the Ridges! The grounds are so well kept, if you have an issue with your unit, Kori and staff are right on it. We love the fact that we have our own front door! Washer and dryer in our place too. This will be our home until we retire as we downsized when the kids moved out. Could not ask for a better place to live.
the rating on this property i give a big 0 looks are definitely deceiving built cheaply mold issues rent is very high for what you get apartment was definitely not cleaned and maintenanced properly DO NOT RECC0MMEND very disappointed with my choice of my move
awful place not what it seems too high priced for what they offer electric bills super high before i moved here my electric bill was half the cost theres mold all around the windows in the buildings alot of dog crap too there main concern here is getting there rent
this is not a place you want to live i moved in the apartment smelled like smoke it was never cleaned and as for the office the property manager is snobby and doesnt care about nothing but getting rent payments when the area manager is there her and the manager of geneva are snakes together if you deal with anyone in that office i recommend katie shes good to the residents and very caring

at this time several residents have law suits they have started against the ridges so before you decide to make this place your home really think about it keep in mind theres a reason for all these law suits
not happy here when i moved in there was mouse crap in 2 of my kitchen drawers my tub was filthy and floors were not scrubbed also dumpsters are constantly over flowed looks aweful this complex is not managed properly would never recommend
Needs to be updated. Filthy at move in. Only did a touch up paint job. Smelled like smoke. Dryer never dries clothes. Dog poop everywhere on grounds and dogs are not on leashes. Never any parking spots, as the Ridges staff does not enforce parking rules. Pool has garbage left everywhere, parents who are drunk and swearing, and obnoxious unsupervised children.
The area is very nice, the apartments are ok. Could use some updates and a new dryer system. Clothes never dry.
Coming out of a divorce and having to sell my home I came here for the lake and the beach and fell in love with the Ridges apartments.Believe me I looked at a lot of places butwhen I came here I knew I was home. Not just for the ammenities that are many like a washer and dryer in my apartment! I get up in the morning and sit on my porch with my coffee and take in the wooded view and all my flowers in bloom and the sweet song of birds. I have a garage and at no extra fée to keep all my seasonal stuff. MY two bedrooms and their closets are a good size and oh did I tell you the bedrooms have window seats?The staff here makes time to see that all residents needs are met.They are personable and down to earth, yet professional.As rent goes and now I am retired Î fear that someday soon I might have to leave my home.My safe haven.
While trying to get on with my life I took a chance and came here. Not just because the last four numbers of the complex phone number is my birth year but much more The supervisor Elisha was kind and discreet in handling my transition. All the staff has made me feel this is my home. My safe harbor . My concern is I cannot afford it much longer. I have remarried and both of us for mant reasons have moved so many times .It is my prayer that we win so we can stay in our harbor.
