The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Ridge
My son is 4 years old and he loves playing board games. I really like the concept of having board games at apartment office which I can borrow for the kid. It helps him in developing skills and having fun.
This new board game borrow is easy and convenient with out the hassle and running to the store to have a great game night with friends and family! The Staff made it easy to scan and go!!!
I lived there for 3 years. Management was always friendly and helpful. The staff and neighbors are good. Grounds are kept clean and price is reasonable for the area.

Thank you so much for your kind words and patience with us. Our staff will greatly appreciate reading what you've wrote. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day. Thanks again, and please do not hesitate if there is anything else you should need.
Maintenance entered my apartment without my knowledge, multiple occasions, rummaged through highly sensitive belongings whilst breaking the drawer knob off my dresser. This drawer contained my personal information. Passport, social security card, account and password information. Then they went into my closet and took a bag out. It had a combination lock. They picked it, unlocked it, whatever. They knew contents, most of which contained my recently deceased Mother's personal belongings. Police show. I'm arrested (class c misdemeanor)while I'm in the middle of a break from work. I return later that night and the bag is back and everything in it. Second gripe is neighbors harassing my dog while walking. I had to give him to family for the time being. Ive had this dog 8 years. I still can't believe it Trash is everywhere. Poop is everywhere. Baggie stations are empty. (I bought my own) I also did my own repairs because they wouldn't. Then they charge for damage. Third, the doors have gaps all around so I bought rolls of foam to seal the door. That didn't stop the noise of doors slamming at all hours of the night. ZERO CONSIDERATION. Office people defer responsibility. Was told to never call or trespass. I reviewed them and got the reply to call. Just a SPECTACLE. Unethical business practice. Not safe.

In response to your comments, we DO NOT allow our maintenance team to enter any apartment without the consent of the resident or the resident being present. We would also note that we DO NOT tolerate threats of any kind to other residents or our office staff and will get law enforcement involved if we feel it jeopardizes the safety of anyone on property. We will leave our comments at that.

I've been informed by one of the realtors that the apartment I had already put down a deposit on, has been rented out and that the tenant decided to renew their lease??????? The Woman on the phone was horribly unprofessional and they have left me scrambling to find housing. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They don't deserve a single star.

We have lived here for 3 going on 4 years and we love it! The office staff is super friendly and always helpful and the maintenance man is always quick when we need him! We have really enjoyed our apartment and continue to do so!
The office ladies are very nice and always take care of anything you need.
I have lived at this complex for 4 months and love it! I did not physically view my apartment before renting it, but took the virtual tour, fell in love with the apartments and rented my apartment using FedEx and email. I was not disappointed when I moved in. Best move I ever made. The grounds are well maintained, the staff is excellent and cares about the tenants. I have met a lot of really nice people here and the tenants are people of all ages. I would highly recommend The Ridge. It is quiet and well maintained. I am home.
I've lived at this apartment for a year now and it has been average. The apartments are old and cheap but the management is pretty good. Our AC has gone out 3 times and the management worked very hard to make sure it got fixed. The first time it was out for 2 weeks and they let us stay in the model unit until it got fixed. The second time it went out, they got it fixed within 24 hours. My biggest complaint though is our neighbors and how management handles residents that break rules or cause conflict. I would recommend this apartment to college students at UT Tyler or TJC -- it's a very good college apartment.
