Reynolds Corner is a suburban neighborhood consisting of cozy residential areas paired with convenient amenities that are all less than 10 miles west of Downtown Toledo. Reynolds Corner is affordable when compared to surrounding areas, and renters have their choice of apartments and townhouses as well as a few single-family homes. Travel along Highway 20, the neighborhood’s main road, to get to restaurants, stores, hotels, and other businesses. Head to the town’s southern border to get to Swan Creek Preserve Metropark for hiking and other outdoor activities. The Interstate 475 and Highway 2 junction is situated just outside of the neighborhood, making travel in all directions accessible and providing the area with an abundance of malls and plazas.

Property Ratings at The Ridge
I recently tried to schedule a seasonal shutoff for my gas service. Columbia gas was very helpful, they said because I am a renter they would remove the gas from my name so the rental company could finalize the shut off. I reviewed the lease to make sure I was able to do a seasonal shutoff and to made sure that I wasn't obligated to keep the gas in my name. The lease did not indicate in any way that I could not so that. I scheduled the seasonal turn off for the 1st and let management know. The property management repeatedly told me I “couldn’t do that.” When I pointed out that nothing in my lease requires me to maintain gas service year-round, I was met with the same dismissive "you can't do that" instead of actual clarification or support. They are enforcing rules that are not in the lease, while ignoring the tenant's right to manage their own utility's. If management expects tenants to honor the lease, they should be held to the same standard. I would advise renters to read every clause carefully, because enforcement seems inconsistent and one-sided.
Noneman real estate is full of liars and thieves. I loved at another complex by them and they continued to overcharge me even though it was stated in writing what day I would be charged until. I made an appt to view these apartments, called eight before the appointment, no one was there so I arrived and no one came to meet me for the appointment. I got a call hours later that they had rented the one I was going to look at. ?????? Wouldn’t they call before my appointment and shouldn’t someone still show up?! Terrible business everyone at that company, stay far away.
I’ve lived here for 3 months, and I’m impressed. This is not luxury - it’s the affordable, clean, well-kept apartments people are looking for. The appliances are not old and dingy. I only hear my neighbors if they drop something heavy. If I’m in the back, I can’t hear my husband watching tv in the front. maintenance and the site manager are prompt and professional. Parking is not an issue. The ceilings are really high which is nice. There are outlets everywhere. The doors fit wonderfully and do not have that annoying wiggle room. There is quite a bit of noise from the road and the highway and the train tracks. The people with dogs here let their dogs pee on the bushes and grass right outside the entrances so there are a bunch of dead spots, and the bathtubs are on the small side. They do use roundup around the whole building (cancer causing, check out the lawsuits on roundup) and the only ceiling fan is in the living room. If they put ceiling fans in the bedrooms on these super tall ceilings, this place would be incredible.
