Property Ratings at The Ridge
Mold, asbestos, roach infestations that are painted over to “fix” the problem, dilapidated infrastructure without proper renovation in decades, and so much more! The Ridge does a fantastic job of providing such qualities to their units! Don’t be fooled by the piled up paid reviews. Look for the REAL reviews that discusses the conditions of the apartment. The best part is when you confront them about the issue, they will GASLIGHT you into thinking it’s nothing more than a “moisture” issue. Boy, are they good at disregarding your concerns while taking your money along the way. All I can advise is to RUN! RUN! RUN!
Clifton Ridge is an older complex which most units are remodeled. The fit and finish inside is by far better than any other place I've rented. The complex is under an overhaul to add more amenities. Whenever there were issues in the apartment, they were fixed within a few days. If there were any issues otherwise Lewis was great at listening and working to resolve it. He is very personable and is glad to talk about anything. When you have any questions about the complex or community policies, Sabre is very knowledgeable and helpful. Management is very good there and very understanding. I would highly recommend this complex especially compared to others in Marietta.
After years I found this property to live, it is the best of all, excellent management, excellent maintenance, good community, clean grounds, great apartments units, even on unrenovated ones, I do live and got a renovated unit (THE BEST), it is wort for what I pay for rent, and all can say is that, I Love my home...Clifton Ridge Townhomes

these apartments are in a good area whit a school and a hospital close and they have a lot of spaces to your children’s can play the workers are good too .I recommend it
Love it here, they are always on time with my maintenance requests. Amazing place!
I wasn't sure what to expect when I get to the property cause seems a lil old, but once I saw the renovated unit they have I was amazed! Love the work they did remodeling the units. Stainless steel appliances, tile floors, brand new paint and more. Definitely applying!
We we're looking for something near Marietta Downtown and this location was the best we can find, from stores, pharmacies and gas stations near. Best decision ever, and not to mention the neighborhood they have, I feel really comfortable.
Terrible management team! They're very rude in the front office and the neighborhood is extremely dirty not to mention the parking lot is very small. My car has been hit 2 times in this complex and management barely wanted to give me footage of the accident. I've had an on going issue where my ceiling caved in and my carpet is soaking wet and they've yet to come and fix that. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
