The units are new, including appliances and fixtures, since it is a newly constructed apartment property. The move-in process was easy and smooth. It took me awhile to decide which unit to rent, but the Staff - Margaret and Kim- were very patient and helpful. I think I asked for a tour 3x! Crazy at it may sound, Margaret and Kim contributed a lot with my decision to rent at The Ridge. They don’t mind walking you around to show the units in sweltering heat. The staff here I think are their best asset. They really do care!

Highly Recommended It is only been a day since moving in. But they made sure my move-in was smooth. They gave clear and concise information and instructions. It’s giving luxury vibes here. lol Aside from that, you can tell that the staff really love their job and cares for your comfort while living in the unit. Credit to Margaret for being so patient with my indecisiveness. But her and Kim were also one of the deciding factor why I moved here. You can see that they respect and cares for their residents. They also work really hard. They deserve a free rent in this property and coffee for life.

Our Experience The apartment is new, decorated very nicely and the leasing office gym and other amenities is a plus. The welcoming staff was very friendly and informative. Our temporary housing, having a fully furnished apartment with basic necessities is a plus.

The team at The Ridge at North Pointe was incredibly helpful. I walked in for a tour, and was met by the friendliest crew. The property is beautiful, and I had no reservations about the place as I was touring. Co worker space was a nice plus. Can’t recommend enough!

Two months ago I came to Charlottesville, VA from Albany NY. I was not familiar with this area nor the apartment prices. After looking at a few apts. elsewhere, I decided to move to The Ridge at North Pointe because of beautiful apartment selection they have. My apartment is very spacious, clean and has excellent appliances (NEW). They area is very nice with mountains all around, plus tons of stores all within a couple of miles. The staff here were incredible. They really went out of their way to make me feel very at ease along with helping to make the best choices not only for my apt., but also where to shop for food, clothes, utilities etc. I give them a *****5 star rating all around***** - Thank you to all the staff for making living easy and conformable.

Very Happy with the Ridge Very happy with the ridge. Everyone in the office is always super friendly and helpful and could tell they are happy to have you. The apartment itself is very nice and has great features. Margaret is on site a lot and will help you with anything you need.

A few flaws but otherwise great place The staffs are very helpful and super friendly. Although, the room was very dusty inside and outside during move-in. Also, I found that one of the countertop flaps was installed upside down. Also the floors have a lot of paint droplets stains and scratches. Overall, I love the layout and the great features.
