Photos and condition of the property are not fairly represented online and on this app. The unit was filthy and we were subject to a chronic stench that haunts multiple units in the building I rented. Packages get stolen all the time

Moved here in august 2020, Grant and his team were outstanding. Seemed too good to be true....new ownership who have clearly never owned a complex before had ruined this community.

New management isn't very helpful. They told us rent would go up a little going month to month. First invoice, rent more than doubled. Concrete floors are sealed to look like a construction site. Several doors don't close due to building. They were attempted to be fixed be still stick shut.

We apologize if we have not met your expectations. We will be happy to make any adjustments in your home. Please contact our office if your Month to Month offer doubled. Clearly there was a typo, as we have not increased rents. We do charge a slight convenience fee for the opportunity to vacate within a 60 day notice.
I love living here! Its been a great place for me and my sweet dog. From the move in procedure to maintenance requests, Ive never received anything but incredibly kind and professional service from the team here! If you need a spot in Drip, come be our neighbor!
A GREAT place for the handicapped. Although there are only two handicapped apartments. There are large enough spaces between island and in bathroom for a wheelchair or walker to fit, yet it is small enough that you have something to grab on to to keep you from falling. Handicapped parking is right up front of the apartment. There are ramps all over so you do not have to step up if you are still ambulatory, and rails to help you step down, and up, in the swimming pool.

Our move-in process was seamless. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating in every way. We love our apartment. We love our view. We love that we are now able to save money to build our future home or move to a larger apartment at a later date. I have recommended this apartment already too many friends whose leases are coming up. Our dogs are much happier than they were before because They actually get to enjoy the dog park we get to go on nice walks. The landscaping is beautiful the complex is small, and everyone that we have met has been super nice. I cant wait till summer so that I can enjoy the pool.

I am old and handicapped. I live in a handicapped unit. My son viewed the apartment and was very pleased with it and the complex. I sold my house in Houston and moved into the apartment. It is very spacious and will fit a wheelchair should I ever need it. I cant say enough good things about the Ridge at Headwaters. The office staff is great, too.
