Property Ratings at The Ridge Apartments
I’ve been here abt 1year and 6 months. Maintenance is horrible the office never answers the phone & you can only go to the leasing office if you call and make an appointment. Building door security is broke again only 2 washers and dryers for the whole building. Building smells like wet dog occasionally. Bathroom was supposedly remodeled. First time take a bath the paint started peeling. Had to fix my own bedroom window.

I’ve got actual graphitti on the walls on my bathroom, the halls are always a mess, the place is literally falling apart, they WILL go into your unit when you are/aren’t there even if you’ve specified that you don’t want them to. Getting them to fix things is like pulling teeth, the front door doesn’t lock so anyone can come in the building and steal your packages, the hot water is constantly getting turned off for days at that and the office couldn’t care less.
