I love the community and the amenities however my apartment is very noisy at night usually after 11 pm and 12 am… there’s a lot of bumping and moving throngs around in an apartment above mine on that 3rd floor

No one ever answers the phones. The dumpsters always have trash thrown outside the dumpster. The carpet in the apartment shreds. The shower paint is peeling

Complex staff are amazing! Community itself is well-kept, aside from the dented part of the fence off Timbergate. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the noise from the pool and upstairs neighbors.

For the most part my family and I enjoy living here. We enjoy the pool when we can and the gym is pretty cool as well. The staff in the office is pretty limited so it’s hard to get ahold of someone at times , just thought I’d mention that. However, I would recommend this place to others .

Everything has been great. The apartments are fairly new and well kept. I have enjoyed my experience here for the past five years. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing

I am so happy to be getting acclimated into our new home. The updated design is wonderful, and my favorite feature is the beautiful open granite countertop kitchen. Right now I'll give our experience a 4. We just moved in, for a bout a month now, and it has not been terrible. I realize that no where will be perfect, and that's okay. So an honest review is necessary. Some of the great things that this complex has to offer are truly great. The amenities; the gym, the fire pit, sets this apartment complex apart from a lot of the others on the Southside. They should be very proud of these key features! The pool table is well kept as well and the clubhouse is incredibly comfortable while also being efficient and flexible. Being an area for a party and an office space all in one. Now always, where there is greatness, there are bound to be holes. The location is pretty central! You're a run away from the gym, a 5 minute drive from the grocery store, and can find yourself right on Main Street staples with only one turn. Making it a high demand spot for both young and old, so we've had the loud after hours at times. Lastly the bird droppings are a lot.

Raven IS AMAZING!!! So helpful and kind!!! Love the complex, the atmosphere IS amazing!!! I love how clean and manicured the facility is, the pool is amazing, I’m excited to try it! I am a little disappointed with the approval process for getting my EMS approved and how I have to get another doctor to write a note to back up the first one… other than that I’m looking forward to my stay here.

at the retreat everyone is so nice & i feel safe in this community. this is the best complex i have lived in the past 6 years! i will be recommending this complex to family and friends
The rent is on the pricey side, but the apartment itself is beautiful. We have police that stay at this complex so I feel a lot safer than before. I also think that the gym could get better equipment for the price we pay. Additionally, the fire pits at the pool are very disgusting and don’t get cleaned properly. I believe that should be kept up with daily so residents can use them.

I’ve been here about a month, and I’ve enjoyed living here so far. The complex is very quiet, clean & the amenities available are great! I had an issue with some things when I had initially moved in & maintenance came within hours to repair it.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and I’m really impressed. The layout is modern and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-plan living area feels perfect for hosting friends or just relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet but close to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. Overall, it's a great balance of comfort and style—feels like home already!
My husband and I just moved in to The Retreat and it has been such a pleasant experience we absolutely love it here! We love the staff and how attentive they are.

Everything has gone pretty well. There's some minor issues here and there like ants and older appliances. But the office staff/maintenance has usually in a very quick manner come to check out and fix what's going on. Overall, after a year things have gone better than expected. Would recommend to friends and family.

The times I have put in a work order they have been completed super fast! I also love the atmosphere of Th Retreat very quiet and clean! Everyone is super nice around here as well!

I love my apartment community. It’s always clean, there is no trash. Anytime I need a light bulb changed or anything for my apartment the staff is quick to answer and help me. I give a 100 on service and staff friendliness.

So far everything has been great. I love how the gate actually works and the nice layout. I Took one star off because the walls are really thin and you can hear the neighbors at times, also because I feel like the pet deposit is too much sadly.

I like it here. The office people do a great job at getting things taken care of. I like that we have just enough space in our apartment to let our baby crawl around

Wish there was more dog waste containers in the complex but everything else has been great. Pool is always clean, questions are always answered and maintenance is always fast.
