Good location, good staff. The smaller playground need to be worked on. There is a bunch of spider eggs and spiders on this property. I wish that was cleaned up.

Complex Needs updates as more and more apartments are being built and are a lot nicer with more amenities and appliances..need more than one dumpster as every morning it’s overflowing onto the ground with trash. Good location

Complex is getting run down and the pool needs to be really cleaned. Also it would be nice if dogs weren’t allowed in the pool even tho there are signs up saying no pets allowed

I love my home, It’s very peaceful even outside you won’t hear a single sound unless someone is cutting grass or it’s a loud car passing by on the main road. I also love the fact that everybody gets along very well. I never started walking until I moved here. I just walk on the side of the lake everyday Thats if I don’t have work but even when I have a lot on my mind walking towards the lake an the beach helps all that out in the end

Not a bad place to live. Very welcoming staff, nice pool, nice neighborhoods and okay apartments. The fact you have 2 playgrounds is great on its own. I wish the smaller playground had connecting bridge to the other side so the kids can play instead of walking to the big playground. They have events and some activities which is also nice.

It’s been great living here. Minimal noise and quiet neighborhood. The gate acts up sometimes when doordashers use it and it is a hassle when all you want is to be home.

i’ve been enjoying our stay here at the retreat. better than every other apartment i’ve looked at. the laundry facility is mid, the machines smell like wet dog. my clothes also took 3 loads to dry.

I absolutely love my new apartment, me and my children have settled in and definitely enjoying our peace. My son has really enjoyed the basketball court. And the real big one is my daughter can walk home from the bus stop because our building is so close. Everything is just really awesome here. And we love it. I can't wait for the summer to kick in so we can enjoy the pool and grill area.

We’ve been here about 4 yrs.and love this location and community. Would like to have more events where the residents and meet & greet and have some social interaction and activities. I live the food truck idea! My building is pretty quiet except for an occasional noisy neighborhood that’s not considerate at late hrs. In the night with loud music, parties, tv Other than that I’m satisfied for now.

We have lived at the Retreat for 13 months. The pool and fitness center are both excellent. There is a Gazebo over the lake that offers a great place to BBQ. The Retreat office even provides Propane tanks for the Grill!

After being at The Retreat for a year, we have been impressed with the maintenance staff and front office. Each time we have had a problem in our apartment, Richard or Brooks has been quick to correct the situation.
