The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Resort
I have never experienced such an unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile office staff in my life. From the moment I moved in, it’s been one headache after another and not because of the building or neighbors, but entirely because of the people running the office. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and when you do finally reach someone, they act like you’re bothering them just for asking basic questions about your lease or maintenance. Requests take weeks to be addressed, and half the time they “lose” the paperwork or claim you never submitted anything. Heaven forbid you point out a mistake they made they’ll talk down to you, get defensive, and make you feel like you’re the problem. I’ve lived in multiple apartment complexes, and this is by far the most miserable experience I’ve ever had thanks to the office team. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying resident.
Extra charges, rude staff, disorganized, and will increase your rent without notifying you!
They never answer the phones! The pool is used by 5% of ppl who live there the other 95% are ppl who roll up and use the pool. 10 chairs at pool 6 are broke or torn up!! The Gym is a room of broken cardio Equipment and machines from the 70s. They promise alot but never deliver!! High Rent,Bad staff,Empty promises. one good thing is they pay for Internet!!
