A well-maintained property, friendly and responsive management, a convenient location, modern amenities, a quiet and safe atmosphere! The inside of the apartment has been well designed with spacious, open layout that feels both modern and cozy. I love the view from the balcony, a great place to get fresh air and relax. The light inside the apartment is bright that it makes it feel warm and comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Kitchen is surprisingly spacious and well-designed for its size, with plenty of cabinet storage, and a layout that makes cooking a breeze. The appliances are modern and in great condition, and the quality granite countertops add a nice touch. It's a comfortable and functional space that is perfect for preparing meals at home…. More to it, I love my apartment!

I love living here. It’s calm and safe as someone who has a kid safety is my number one priority and the management team is always there and understanding.

The experience here has been great. I love the amenities and the overall aesthetic of Sweetbay. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable on top of being very friendly. I would recommend anyone to move here especially if you’re coming from out of state like me. Keep up the great work Sweetbay

I'm totally in love with @Sweetbay Apartments, updated appliances, light fixtures,high ceiling. The property is well maintained, lobby ares of Apartment units are always cleaned. Overall the property and staff are very inviting and friendly.

Great place to live. Only issue is dogs using the bathroom everywhere and barking all hours of the day and night. Also door FOBS are continuing to break on my building and can’t use pun pad now for over 3 months.

Amazing people amazing place beautiful inside and out. Could not ask for a better staff of people that work here. Pool is beautiful the grounds are beautiful.

Been here a month and we love it. The management has been very nice and helpful. The neighbors are nice. There is plenty of parking and lots to do near by. I can’t wait till the Publix and shops open right next door.

The. Building always smells like dog pee and poop, the side door is always broken, and. You can’t sit on your balcony at night without smelling weed

Beautiful place, nice people. Would recommend. They love pets and they have a putting green so really i don’t see any downside. The pool is awesome and the gym is open 24/7. Move here!

From the moment we met Maria and toured the property, we knew it was the perfect choice for our daughter, who is in her third year of medical school. Maria was fantastic and helped us every step of the way. We looked at many options and The Residences at SweetBay was far and away the one we liked the best. As a community the people are friendly, kind and accepting.

I would neither recommend this community or deter anyone. The amenities are great. But the people residing here are not. Just know if you have horrible neighbors who do not follow the rules of their own lease contract, nothing will be done about it.

Everyone has been very helpful with the application process, explaining things and we’re excited to start staying at the property. The maintenance personnel was friendly and helpful getting an extra key made right away and dropping off the garbage can for the valet service in a timely fashion.

Can not enjoy the pool during the summer time a lot of people throwing birthday parties cook outs parties. Pool packed half the people not even from here 90% the time.

Clean design and layout for the property and inside the apartments. Plenty to do on property and fun food trucks, and being in the SweetBay community is a plus. It has been a great experience and the office staff is super sweet and helpful.

I am a new resident in this community. The move-in was very smooth. Provided me and helped me to get the best offer available. The bay view is a big attraction for me.

My apartment is spacious, modern, and well-designed. The layout is functional, and the appliances are high-quality. I appreciate the attention to detail in the finishes and the overall upkeep of the units. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which is a huge plus. However, I have noticed that the SPA has not been operational for some time. This is a feature that I and many other residents value greatly, and it would be wonderful if it could be fixed as soon as possible.

My stay at SweetBay was nice. While I did move for unrelated circumstances, I enjoyed my stay there for the most part. I do like the fact that they are open every day of the week and the trash butler service was really nice.

The Residence of SweetBay is an excellent place to live. It’s beautiful, great amenities! Professional and friendly staff.

The online pictures do not do this place justice. The pool area is like a resort. They have ping pong, a putting green, cornhole court, huge gym and a separate yoga/spin studio. There grills at the pool and every building has a private court yard/lounge with grills. They even have a hot tub and food trucks every week and an ice cream truck on Saturdays by the pool. They have really cool activities like cocktails under the stars with live music. They are always giving away prizes at their events and even gave away free rent at the last one. I cannot afford to spend $500,000 and more for a home in Sweet Bay but, because I live here I am part of the Sweet Bay HOA and we are included in the neighbor hood activities and festivals. I cannot wait until the marina opens!!

I recently moved to SweetBay from ny , the process was very smooth and easy. The staff here is amazing they made my transition super easy . I also really love the environment, swimming pool, barbecue area and the gym is top tier. I Would definitely recommend.

We loved living here while we built a home in Sweetbay. Convenient, healthy lifestyle, felt safe and friendly.

This is the most amazing place to live , conveniently located, close to shopping mall beaches in College. And the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to the apartments in the area.

The apartment layout is very nice. The amenities are bar none the nicest I have seen. The rooms are rather large and the functionality of the storage is amazing. Needless to say, I am very happy with our apartment. Everyone we have came in contact with have been very nice.

Overall, Sweet Bay is a nice place to live. I haven’t had any issues. Parking could’ve been designed better or having designated parking would be helpful for some. The amenities are nice and worth it. The rent is a bit expensive. However, in the coming year if and when construction on the town center is complete, it will be a nice area of convenience for the community.

I travelled to PC from Mobile,Al. This is my first time living in another state and it can be stressful finding a place to live. Tony was able to make me feel excited about my move to The Residence’s and have me a phenomenal tour. The site was easy to apply and I was accepted within days of going on tour and applying. Best apartment I have ever had!

The help from the staff in the office is why I chose this place. It does have nice amenities as well.

Everything here is very nice the gym is Amazing! Such a nice pool with chairs and umbrella y’all have. Everyone here is very sweet and respectful.

Apartments are beautiful on the inside and out. The location is super convenient and is only 5 min away from any store/restaurant you could want

Have not had a great experience so far. Our building where kids live frequently smells like drugs, for months now. The walls are paper thin- you can hear your neighbors every move. Very cheap interior finishes, especially the thin chalky paint. The hot tub has been broken and/or turned off for weeks now- it is the same luke warm temp as the hot pool. Many palm trees have died and been removed, thus the entrance and office areas landscaping look bare and uneven. The white patio doors and ceilings have black mold growing on them, i'm guessing they used the wrong exterior paint. Frequent uncomfortable emails from management. Do yourself a favor and check out the other "luxury" apartments in the area.

Sweetbay is a beautiful place to live with that offers the most modern amenities and still maintains a hallmark channel small town appeal. They are not just building rentals, they are building an entire community with storefronts and lakeside access to make about every need accessible within walking distance. It is unique in that aspect in Panama City.
