People are helpful during the move, it is very quiet, no foul smells, already got my things from the mail, having some coffee from the clubhouse works while getting settled
Just moved on and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The complex is clean and quiet. The apartment (1 bed with den) has so much space! For an apartment, it does not feel cramped. It's so homey.
Apartments are lovely but parking and package room take away from the living experience. Maybe an outside Hub would help. Trash also needs to be addressed.
I'm enjoying my experience. I would have enjoyed learning more about the area, the residence as a whole. The move in was quick with limited guidance to dos and Donts in the apartment. I also wish that the coworker in space and other amenities were 24 hours and was based on access just having your key versus being closed at a certain time.
I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment , Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and it really feels like they care about the residents.

Overall this is a good community. People are freindly and staff are great. Main issues are some noise in apartment above and the parking is a major, major issue. Additionally, the package room is an absolute wreck most of the time. I'd also like to suggest for the gym. the addition of small shelves or storage bins for personal items, and the TVs are rarely operational.

Everything about my experience here has been great. The apartment was clean and well-maintained when I moved in, and the building is kept in excellent condition. Management is responsive and easy to work with, and any small requests I’ve had were taken care of quickly. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. I’ve been very happy living here.
The move in process was simple and my apartment was fresh and clean! I was able to put things in place right away. A great place to call home!
I love everything here but I suggest putting numbers at each entrance for the delivery/uber and door dash drivers. It can be very confusing trying to direct people here. The entrance doors need to be labeled: 1, 2, 3 & 4. Please!

If you have high standards for where you live, (seriously) I would definitely recommend Sandy Farms and the Bozzuto brand. Bozzuto brand apartments are definitely a cut above the rest. Bozzuto's mission of 'creating sanctuary,' really hits the bullseye! We feel like we moved into a RESORT. I literally feel like I live in a hotel. I just moved in, but everything has been great so far! The only thing I have been disappointed about is that I was told during the tour that the pool would light up with colored lights at night and it has yet to happen on any night. I am hoping it might just be temporarily broken but I was looking forward to the view at night.

The parking situation is getting out of hand. There is not enough parking spaces and people are lining their cars along the curb. People don’t pick up after their dogs and I wish there were events.

I love this community so far, everything has been amazing, the staff has been so friendly and helpful. I believe this is an amazing complex, apartments are spacious and clean. My only issue is the parking, it seems as though people are storing their extra cars here and taking up space, people are parking in the handicap parking with no handicap stickers. I believe there should be parking stickers enforced as well as towing, it should clear the issue.

So far things are good. I did note a few issues inside the residence while moving in. Damage to the granite countertop in a spot and a large chuck out of it in outside the Master Shower.

Great place to live. The apartment is quiet and clean. The only issue is parking is not great. Sometimes have to drive around to a different side of the building to park. Not really a real issue compared to what it could be.

My experience living here over the past six months : 1. Vehicle Security: Unfortunately, my car was broken into in April, which was a distressing experience. 2. Dog Waste: It seems that some pet owners are not cleaning up after their dogs, and this issue appears to be worsening with the influx of new residents. 3. Weed Smoke: The smell of weed smoke has been noticeable in the hallways and on the grounds. 4. Handicap Parking: There are frequent instances of people parking in handicap spaces without the appropriate tags or placards. 5. Noise Issues: The noise levels from my neighbor have been quite disruptive. She walks very heavily and frequently moves furniture at all hours. While I want to acknowledge that the management and maintenance teams have been very good, I believe there is room for improvement in the enforcement of property rules, particularly regarding pet waste and noise control.

I’ve only been staying here for 3 days now and so far I love it . It’s very spacious, peaceful & I feel like I’m getting every single dollar worth living here . The moving process was such a breeze & the leasing agents are very nice !! 10/10 no regrets

Move in was pretty seamless. Only issue was with the Xfinity service which is in Xfinity and not the community. Property is beautiful and peaceful.

Nice place to call home. Well managed and maintained. As with most apartment living, it has its share of disrespectful residents. Good thing is management addresses and stops the issues quickly. Would definitely choose living here again as our experience has been pleasant.

Love living here.. love the community and all the amenities. Everything remains clean. I try to utilize all our our amenities. My favorite is the pool and clubhouse.
