I rented an apartment for my mom and she could not be happier. Very confortable apartments with great views and just a couple of minutes drive from Tidal Health and Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.
Moving to the residences has been amazing . We have made new friends and feel very safe and secure.
We love our new apartment here at the residences.Everyone is so friendly and we feel very safe.
I love the community and the wonderful views of the Nanticoke River in every season.
Absolutely horrible construction quality. Everything is broken and not built right. Way over priced for what you get. Never again. Avoid.
I don’t recommend living here if you can find somewhere else to stay. Units are very cheaply built, they raise rent without explanation or warning, VERY loud construction that starts daily around 6:30am for the new building in the community. Things very often break inside the apartments because they were built extremely cheaply. Dog park is the size of a pea, pool has settled and is extremely uneven and wonky. Gym equipment is old and does not feel stable. Highly recommend loving somewhere else, if you can.
