Roach infested, disruptive at night, car damage is GONNA happen living here ....
This place has a roach problem they can't fix, pest control has come every week to no fix they said that the building is infested
The price and pictures they advertise are WRONG. The cops are always over here because something is always happening. Someone was shot and killed in their vehicle. If you tell them something needs to be fixed, they don’t fix it. There are roaches even though they say they have an exterminator come. My packages are constantly stolen. My car has been broken into several times. I’ve had weird notes left on my car, saying someone is watching me but the rent office doesn’t care. They just want your monthly payment. I’ve told them twice that my toilet is leaking and still nothing has been done. My water bill just keeps getting higher.
This place is really not suitable for anyone to live in . I have been here for 2 years and its been the worst. Many problems in the apartment and maintenance doesnt do a good job w fixing . Its so bad here . For example , whenever the residents above from me wash clothes , the water and food will come up in my sink and smell bad. My bathroom lights were out for a whole 3 months before they came and fixed them. The AC in the summer was not working at all which caused me to get 5 fans. This place is more worried about their payments rather than worry if the tenants are living comfortably first ...... its a NO GO for me !
I agree with EVERYTHING the prior comment stated. The groundskeeping is extremely poor. Grass is never cut. The children in the community constantly destroy the property. I’m constantly having to complain to management about issues inside my unit, as well as the roaches.
The grounds and hallways are ALWAYS filthy, filled with trash & food. Not enough parking. There are roaches. They walk in your apartment uninvited & unannounced. They left my lights on the whole weekend 1 time & used all my toilet paper the next. The children are BAD!!! All you hear is children cursing & yelling across the parking lot. The other people don't respect your property either. I've gotten so much damage to my car being there. I tried to complain on a neighbor & told me to come back when I know the apartment # of the other person. Considering I said the people right above me, I didn't think it was that hard to figure out. I could've sworn that was their job. Couldn't wait to leave!!!!!!!!
