If you're the artsy type, you'll love visiting the Delaware Art Museum, located on Kentemere Parkway. Property Ratings at The Residences at Christina Landing
The building is poorly managed and has been getting worse since there was a change in management staff in late 2020/early 2021. Since moving here I have had problems with bugs, mold, the near constant smell of marijuana coming from vents and the hallway, and increasing noise from the elevator, Management is neither responsive nor transparent.
The terrific sales staff, Alexa and Melissa, helped my son tour the apartments in Wilmington and text simultaneous videos to me in Los Angeles! View and quality are fabulous.
