The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Residences at Chadwick Square Court
I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get in contact with this company. I’ve called, emailed, and left voicemails multiple times and have only received one minimal response via email that didn’t address my needs. I’ve gone by the office during “business hours” and NO ONE has been there for two weeks, you’d think with minimal availability for business hours that they would be in office.
Maintenance revealed black mold under crawl spaces in each building, and said the owners were to cheap to address it ,like everything else that needed to be repaired and never gets done around here. The crawl space doors are always open and you can see the water ,mold and rodent's living under the buildings .No wonder we are all sick and have mushrooms growing in our floors. This place needs to be shut down !
This is a nice quite apartment complex. The management here is really great, she goes up and beyond her duties to help make sure that the residences are taking care of, and has got what they need. If you are looking for an apartment you may want to check this place out.
Very impressed with the management! I was able to voice my concerns while they listened and were very understanding and helpful to answering my questions! Great listener and problem solver! Wish all management was this sweet and helpful!
After 4 voicemails and 2 emails without response in a week and a half I really hope the residents get better service.
I have lived at Chadwick Square Court for several years; and yes, the prior management was horrendous. However, there is now a new onsite manager who is capable, available and attentive to tenants' needs. This has vastly improved living at Chadwick Square. Overall, the apartments are nice and roomy and the property has a friendly, residential appeal that most new complexes do not. I am both relieved and happy about the direction of the property under the new onsite manager.
Management at these complexes is the absolute worst. They truly are never in office or reply to emails. Our fridge broke the first week we were in our place and it took almost 3 weeks for us to recieve a new fridge, this is after numerous unanswered calls to the office. I wish I had listened to the reviews that had warned me. Never been happier to be out of an apartment. If you can afford to live anywhere else, do it.
These apartments are just ok but the management is TERRIBLE! Save yourself the time and look somewhere else. They can not even keep a property manager, do not expect to ever get a response or even see them for that matter.
never answered phone calls or emails about available apartments.
My wife and I went for a tour of this apartment complex and really loved it. The manager who showed us around was very kind and we thought the landscaping and property was well maintained. Looking forward to moving in!
This is a delightful, smaller complex with nice apartments, some with garages or fireplaces. I love its proximity to downtown Hendersonville and shopping and every apartment has a view of nature out the back, not parking lots and other apartments. Good, prompt, maintenance and cheerful manager. The only drawback is parking, if you are a two vehicle family finding parking for the second vehicle can be challenging.
