I have been residing at the Residence of the COR for approximately 5 months! I have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say about this complex!! I love LACEY and JENNIFER -building management. They BOTH have great business acumen! They're both super friendly, easy to talk to, and exhibit a great spirit about them! Although I communicated MINOR issues, they have been addressed quickly! VAL the maintenance person is very nice! I'm looking forward to my continued stay here at the ROC! This is a GREAT place to live at this juncture - I'm Happy with moving here!

The Pacific layouts are perfect for couples. The flats are clean, and the views are great. The train nearby is not as loud as we thought it would be; it’s become quite soothing, actually!

Been here a few months. Have no complaints. Staff is friendly and reliable. Hallways are clean and smell clean! Easy access to office, mail and trash locations. Emails are responded to in a timely fashion. My list could go on. The Residence at the COR is a great place to call home.

I absolutely love living here. Neighbors are so nice and respectful. Haven’t had any complaints. Staff is WONDERFUL!! So helpful and friendly. I love the sense of community here.
I've lived at the COR for about 6 years. Office personnel, cleaning and maintenance staff are always willing to listen, work with tenants or address potential concerns. Grounds are kept immaculate even with numerous pets. Units are secure and clean. I would highly recommend these apartments as a great place to live.

Clean, quiet apartments, covered parking in the ramp. clean pool. Quick response from maintenance. Friendly staff that will do whatever they can to meet your needs. We have lived here for approximately 6 years and love it.

The management team is over the top excellent! Always friendly, goes above and beyond answering questions I may have. They have taken an interest in getting to know me and always love on my pup when I bring her down to the office. Living at the Cor has been such a blessing. Everyone is friendly and there is such a good positive community vibe.
