I really love living here. It's very quiet and I love my apartment. The office staff and maintenance team are the best. They take care of what I need in a timely manner. I would refer anyone I know to this community.
I can’t express enough how grateful I am to the staff! They go beyond their duties to help a tenant who is in need. We have lived here 12 years and whenever there’s a problem, it is fixed right away. We are very happy here. Pretty private and pretty quiet overall. We are centrally located to get to wherever we need. Looking forward to enjoying the grounds in warmer weather

Our move-in experience has been great! Samantha was incredibly helpful through the entire process. Moving across country is stressful and she was in contact with me for over a month getting everything ready for us to move in. Had a couple of small maintenance issues and the maintenance team was here to resolve them in under 24 hours of my requests being sent.

I have been living at little river for 4 years it’s a great place to live. It’s a quiet and well kept complex and the office and maintenance staff are excellent.
Little river has been great, I would say the tenants helping maintain the property has been the biggest issue. Going on walks almost stepping in dog poop is not fun. The staff is great. Fixed issues in a timely manner.
We just moved into our new apartment at the Residences at Little River. Samantha made the move in process basically seamless. Everyone we have met so far has been very friendly. This is a pet friendly community which is a big plus for when we get a new fur baby!
