The Reserves at Arboretum Apartments

It’s going okay for now but I’m still undecided if I want to give it another year or not. I’m just trying to figure out what I want to do with my time left in this area

Management is not consistent, has changed at least three times in the last 2 years. Then on top of that they can't seem to get their towing situated. I've had to get at least 3 different parking decals within the past 2 years. Why do I have to keep bringing my registration when it is already on file to get a new decal. Please make it make sense. nice quiet community but management is the worst. If They asked me to recommend, I would not recommend until they get some stable management and stop requiring me to bring in my registration in every 3 months for a new decal for parking. Then I do not know what they are doing painting the curbs black when they should be yellow, that's a hazard within itself. Please get it together.

Community seems to be pest free and clubhouse is very clean. Parking can be a challenge. Pool is clean. Workout area is top notch. Maintenance team works hard and is very responsive.

So far it’s been a year since I moved to the area and it’s been good so far. Although I missed the pool event due to work, hopefully something else comes along soon

I have been living out here for 2 years and haven’t really had any issues. My neighbors in my building are very friendly. When u need maintenance for something they are right on the issue.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. James is a great landlord! Neighbors are very friendly and respectful. I love living here! Also if you like luxury living…you’ll love this.

My family has just moved here and we're really appreciative of everyone we've come into contact with so far. Everyone has been amazing.. The move has been very smooth

I love living over here is very very quiet. Don’t have to worry about my packages being bothered with. No one bothers my packages at my doorstep. The parking lot is very well lit at night. I love it and I love the office management and also the maintenance. They’re very good about fixing things that need to be fixed.

There have been lots of changes in the community and with the management team. Overall they are nice, but I do miss the community activities we used to have.

I’m pleased with the community , would like to see cameras installed and for the residents to pickup behind pets. The management is goo as well as maintenance.

When it snowed y’all did a very good job of putting salt down for the residents and shoveling the snow. Management team is very nice. When you need something fix they are very fast at getting it fixed.

It’s a very good neighborhood nice and quiet. Parking could be a lot better!! When things need to be fixed it’s normally done the next business day

Great place to live! I love my apartment, and the staff and maintenance staff are amazing! I highly recommend living here because of the amenities and the staff

My resident experience so far has been good so far. Really haven’t had any complaints. Any concerns I have had they have addressed them and taken care of them real fast.

I love living here! I use the gym every week and am so grateful it is there. Our maintenance staff is so helpful, and has been great with all of my small issues.

So far so great love this place just one thing I would say is the spiders my roommate is deathly afraid of them and living on the first floor doesn’t help I hope maintenance does a better job soon with cleaning up

I can honestly say it’s a peace of mind. Also the neighbors all around are kind and friendly for the most part. Can’t go wrong with good people in your surroundings:)

Ac issues not taken care in a fashionable time. Other than that it’s a nice neighborhood. The neighbors I have are nice. I wish people would pick up there dog poop

My apartment is spacious and the maintenance team is responsive. The amenities are nice and common spaces are well kept. The office has frequent activities to bring the community together.

Since I’ve relocated to the area, so far it’s been pretty good. Can’t complain. Friendly neighbors and I like how everything is close by and not too far away

I’m new to the area and already in love the place, the amazing view from the balcony and the pool looks amazing, can’t wait to enjoy the water!!!

Living here has been great. However, moving out has been a bit problematic as there are hidden fees and other things that are not made clear till last minute.

The complex is great and they do an excellent job keeping it clean. There are resident exceptions that don’t put their trash in the dumpster & cats get to the bags. No reflection on management because those who are irresponsible, management cleans up behind them quickly.

It’s really beautiful and quiet here..This a family oriented community. The grounds are well kept as well .I feel safe here even though I just moved here .

Sara did a good job welcoming us, the process was quite smooth. The people that work in the office are very nice. I've only been here a couple of days, I am so happy to be here. You can hear the train from your apartment but it's not terrible. The layout I am so happy with, it's comfortable. I found my apartment in good shape upon moving in. And it seems that the management actually takes pride in how they run this place.

Truly loved the professionalism presented by the staff. Apartments are beautiful and so are the amenities. Certainly beats other apartments in the area.

My new home is beautiful and clean! I absolutely LOVE the environment and the staff. Sarah was awesome during the entire process of my leasing; I cannot thank her enough for the warm, welcoming demeanor she has!

Nice and clean community. Grounds, breezeways are always clear. The maintenance guy is always seeing blowing and keeping the property nice and clean.

Overall this is a pretty nice place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and the staff are easy to work with. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I have been here several years and can tell you I stay because there isn’t anything comparable in NN.

This is a great place to live! The community is great and the housing office is constantly finding ways to make everyone feel welcome. The maintenance staff has been wonderful, and I love my apartment. So excited to call this place my home.

No major complaints living here. Mgmt does a great job responding to service calls. They try to keep the property in pristine condition. Except for some dog owners who don’t know how to be responsible owners & pickup after their pets, it’s a good place to live.

Overall maintenance has been attentive when requests are put in. Leasing office is professional and nice. Overall customer service is a 5 star when meeting needs. I really love the community it has a lot to offer: some conditions within my apartment were noticed after about a month but nothing too concerning.

I love it here. This is my first apartment alone and I genuinely feel safe and it’s aesthetically pleasing. My neighbors have all been nice and Iim excited for the pool seating to be open.

Good evening, this is my 1st year at the Reserves of Arboretum and it has been a great experience thus far. I'm looking forward to seeing the community continue to grow.

I love my bathtub. I look forward to coming home and soaking the stress of the day away. The neighbors are really nice and always speak which makes it more like a community

Parking is my only problem. I think if we had assigned parking, 2 parks per household. Then people would park where they suppose to. I dislike having to park far away from my home. Also, the trash is so far from where I reside. It would be nice if there was one on each end maybe.

My roommates and I love living here! Sara and Shamara are quick to respond to requests and work to keep our complex warm, welcoming, and safe. Our maintenance team is also incredible. They are fast to fix any issues and friendly when they stop by/are around the community. Happy to call this place home!
