Property Ratings at The Reserve
The space is a good size and there is an attached garage and two bathrooms which is great. Heating works great. My complaint is the layout shows an ac unit in the bedroom as well as the living room which I was excited about BUT you do only get one unit. The bedroom ac on the diagram is just a space for a secondary unit (I feel that was misleading). When it’s hot I have to sleep in the living room until I can get a second unit (super annoying). When it’s hot outside the two bedrooms are very uncomfortable so I would definitely recommend planing to get a second ac unit.
