Property Ratings at The Reserve of Southfield
Do not move here at all. The office staff is terrible, the building is nasty af. The building smells bad, the laundry room is always flooding, the police is always here. They are complete f ups here. I been here 3 months and had to put work orders the same day and the city has been out 4 times since I been here. I am about to call today on them myself.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Look elsewhere it’s terrible here!! Nothing works, terrible management, and your packages will be stolen and the management will not care!!
This place is horrible they don’t care about anything but your money! They are letting parents co sign for their children and live there They don’t deserve 1 star You will regret it if u do!!
