Property Ratings at The Reserve at Southgate
Management sent me on a run around for a month and a half when bees were entering my home. Kept saying pest control comes on Thursday but every Thursday pest control never came by to check anything out. So, I went to the office and cut up because I have kids and every day I killed 2-3 bees in my home for a month. They called the police and the police in formed me to not pay rent and or call pest contorl on my own and give them the bill. However, they sent me a notice to vacate 4 days later. Because i got loud with them about not doing anything to fix the bees. Then they had the nerve to send pest control to my door after the notice to leave. Which was on a Wednesday which is what i had been asking them to do for a month. they take forever to fix things. Management is rude and they act like they do not care. the rent is high for them to not fix anything or at least try. dish washer was broken for a month, and they took a month to decided they were going to replace it. Mold was growing in my shower no matter how much i cleaned it and they did nothing about it.

Multiple upgrades, new management is awesome. Maintenance is responsive and respectful.
We've been living here for a year and are thinking about renewing our lease. Its always been super quiet here, I love that its so dog friendly. There is a nice trail all around the neighborhood to walk your dog with potty clean up stations. There are so many cute dogs here and management puts on events every month to try to get residents together with free food and prizes or even move nights (before covid). When we had a maintenance request it was always fixed in a timely manner and the maintenance employees are super nice and helpful. They check on you the next day to make sure you aren't having problems. I would definitely recommend this place!!
I just moved in here about two months ago and I couldn't be happier! They are making so many improvements, it's really awesome to be able to be a part of a community that cares about their tenants and not just about making money. Just in the last two months they've built an outdoor kitchen, put in new security gates, and started remodeling the clubhouse. It's always quiet and the service team always responds promptly whenever I need help. The staff is also quick to help out, they always remember my name when I come in to get my packages and they make sure everything in my apartment is still going great.

the apartment are maintained, excllent service when need. management is friendly location is good to freeways shopping and entertainment is close .the area is safe .Same club is close they have verious events during the months for the residents and company .
Very quiet, nice clubhouse and pool. Maintenance is there when needed. Love w/d in each apt.
