The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Shelley Lake
I've been at The Reserve for about 2 years with my cousin. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are done with nice finishes, not necessarily top of the line but way ahead of a lot of other cheap apartment finishes. The location is fantastic. I often walk to Fred Meyer for my groceries since it's so close. The Valley Mall is just minutes away as are most major grocery stores. We have put in a couple maintenance requests, several because we tend to lose things to the garbage disposal and one because the garage door started acting up, each time our issue is dealt with quickly and the staff is nice and helpful. One complaint that I have is that our neighbors tend to park along the curbs in the parking lot. They aren't supposed to do this and is it frustrating because it makes it so only one car can pass at a time.
