Excellent office Staff, maintenance team and Management Company!!!

The problem isn’t the maintenance or the home. ITS THE NEIGHBORS! 1) there are a group of kids that Patrol the block literally like the little rascals, there’s like 7-8 of them. Don’t be sold on the pool, those kids already claimed it as territory and will be there every single day in the summer. NO MATTER HOW EARLY U WAKE UP. I’m in my 20s but I swear you’d think I’m an old man the way when Ik they are getting out of school I rush my behind home and seal up all the doors and turn the blinds. They are constantly in the roads playing soccer, roller skating basketball, baseball, riding atvs (yes you heard me) drag racing atvs up the strips. I’ve seen them hit cars numerous times with their toy balls. “Where’s the parents” is what you may be asking, shoot I ask the same question when I see them on patrol everyday aproximately 4pm sharp. It’s even worse in the summer time (There’s no school for them so 24/7 constant terror) When the kids aren’t out causing rampage it’s my neighbors 120lb dog barking from 7am( when they leave to go to work until 7pm when they come back.) I am not exaggerating! As I type this review I am currently listening to every deep bark my walls endure. It actually inspired me to write this review. You may be asking well contact the office, I did wanna know what they said? They said “since we are pet friendly and our quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am there is technically nothing we can do. We can ask them to be a little more quiet or try and let the dog out more, or ask them to move or you could move to a different home” I stared with defeat in my eyes. Keep in mind to move away from the barking beast it cost $500 to go to a new home

I just have to say how amazing Shannon is at The Reserve at Quail North! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and kind. She answered every single question I had, no matter how big or small, with so much patience and professionalism. You can really tell she cares about helping people and making them feel comfortable. She’s seriously the sweetest person ever, and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering moving here, ask for Shannon. She’s the best!

Huge pool area, clean grounds. Hard to find 2 and 3 bedrooms with attached garages, very convenient!

This is a beautiful facility with all the modern amenities and conveniences. The apartment is spacious and designed so well. The pool, the gorgeous landscape, it has it all. Besides all this, their team is so supportive. Definitely a 5 star place to live!

The staff is very nice and professional. The property has a lot of open green space and the convenience for the dog is a big plus. It is close to shopping and in a safe area. The 9’ceiling, pool, clubhouse are all on my list of amenities and liveability that I’m looking for.

Paper thin walls so can hear people stomping above you or tvs playing next door, office will lie to you and say they did pest control when they did not and after being caught lying they try to say it was a technical error, no one mans the pool so people play loud music all day in the summer, poor insulation (feels like the heat is constantly leaving the unit, electric bill is always high in the winter), lies about doing *extremely important yearly* fire inspection checks (was told they would reschedule since they for some reason couldn't get into my unit but 4 months later nothing happened), valet trash guy that costs $30/mo only sometimes decides to pick up your trash, so unless you can walk it to the dumpster, you'll get fined $25 for leaving it outside your front door even though it wasn't your fault it wasn't collected. And the valet trash guy will let trash bags fall off his truck so every morning you have to avoid them and it makes the place look literally trashy. Only good thing about this place is the open concept living and location. Just a bunch of liars and wasted costs otherwise.

This is a very peaceful area no issues everyone is friendly including the office they are absolutely amazing people not including maintenance they are quick and when there is an issue there on it I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an amazing living

I’ve had better experience with the apartment staff here than at any complex I’ve ever lived in! They are friendly, helpful, & efficient. I live in a 3 story townhome and the cost of rent for the space is amazing! The pool & gym are really nice & well maintained. The complex is overall clean, quiet, & feels very safe. Definitely has been a great experience living here!

My family & I have lived in this townhome complex for 3 years total. We spent the first 2 years in the 2 bedroom + office townhouse and the last year in the 3 bedroom + office townhouse. We have absolutely LOVED living here. We spend our summers at the pool and my husband uses the gym every single day. Very nice equipment and facilities. When I order things online I like that they are delivered to a secure locker near the pool house where I know they will stay safe until I can get them. It’s so convenient. The staff have always been extremely responsive, friendly and helpful any time I’ve had an issue or a question. It really feels like a little neighborhood here. My daughter loves playing outside with all the kids and we even know the names of several of the residents pets lol. The complex stays very peaceful and quiet because it’s tucked away from major roads and highways - but it’s also so convenient and quick to get to May or Penn or 150th when you need to. The garage is a SUPER plus. We have 2 cars and have never even needed to park them in the garage bc there is always parking available, so we’ve used the garage for storage space and it holds a LOT. I love that in a townhome, we don’t have neighbors below or above us and they did a great job constructing this building bc I never even hear the neighbors beside us - the walls are very well insulated. Overall I’m going to be very sad to leave when we move into our newly purchased home - my 10 year old daughter actually broke down crying when she found out we were moving. She wants to stay here! She has made so many friends here. If I could purchase one of these townhomes, I absolutely would. I’ve said several times to my husband that I wish it was an option lol. This place is so safe that you can totally let your kids run around the complex and enjoy themselves. We’ve all grown very attached to this complex and the management team does an excellent job at keeping this place very high quality, clean, updated beautiful, peaceful, fun, and friendly. I have recommended this place to ALL of my friends and family in need of a place to rent and will continue to do so even after I move out. I feel very lucky to have found this place. It’s near impossible to find a 2-3 bedroom PLUS office to rent. We could have found a house, yes, but it would have been without the pool, gym, weekly landscaping and 24/7 maintenance - so in my eyes, this place is a total steal for what you get.

The units are large and spacious. They are in good condition and clean. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any request. The front office team responds quickly to any inquiry or need. The area around the apartments is well maintained and safe. The other tenets are quiet and the complex provides a lot of privacy. The pool and accompanying grills are nice and well kept. They are seldom crowded and are a nice escape. The complex grants close proximity to shopping and dinning and provides easy access to the highway. I intended to stay only one year, and I extended at the end of my lease because I enjoy these apartments and the area. I recommend them highly. Lauren Butler

We moved out here at the end of the year due to my job and needed a change. Never having been to OKC we had lots of questions. I originally pick The Reserve due to its location to my new office and the fact that they were pet friendly. We have really enjoyed our time here so far. The ladies in the office have been so helpful in answering the most random questions, helping us get the keys after hours, then meeting with us and giving us the run down of the area. Our unit is clean and like new and in a great location. The pool and outdoor space looks awesome (cant wait for summer) and the dog park is great!

The property is well maintained and the staff is very responsive. Anytime we have needed maintenance, they have responded within a couple of hours! The gym has been great and the pool the perfect place to lounge! All in all a great place for couples, families, and singles alike!

I moved here because my old landlord wanted to sell. I was an emotional wreck. I had never lived in an apartment. The leasing agent made it easy. I was given freedom to make this place my home. I have been pleased with the grace and ease of learning how to live in an apartment community. Im preparing to buy a home, but I’ll remain here until my new home is built. Great place for single adults, families, and fur babies! I use the gym often and have never had any issues. In the summer months, the pool is always clean. Dog park is a great escape for your little fur babies as well. This place has it all! I've lived here almost a year and have zero complaints.

I have lived here for almost three years now and the location is great!! The apartments are up to date and have awesome amenities. The complex is equipped with a dog park, pool and gym so you never have to leave!!

When I began searching for a place to live 4 years ago I had no idea that I would find a place I call home The staff was very helpful in helping me find my apartment and I have never regretted moving in. The pool, patio, work OU room and clubhouse are all beautiful. The grounds are always well kept and repairs are timely completed by friendly maintenance staff. The clubhouse is available for Birthday parties and any family event. My family and I have spent many great times cooking on the patio grills, swimming and working out in the gym available anytime. If you are looking in OKC for an apartment you will be happy you checked out The Reserve North.

The property is fantastic with amazing support staff that keep everything impeccably maintained. Any maintenance request is taken care of quickly and fixed properly. They even gave me a fresh coat of paint at no charge after the movers moved my stuff in (abs scuffed up the walls). The gym is actually pretty good too! I often sleep with my windows open and it is virtually silent all night long. I love the townhouse!

I've been transferred and have to move. I've lived at The Reserve at Quail North for almost 18 months. I've enjoyed all of it. I love my unit here, I live in the 2 bedroom and it's been great, I only wish I could take it to Arizona with me. The staff here have been great as well. They are polite, professional and always take care of anything that needs attention. I want to thank Candice and staff...thank you! This was an easy review to write, I would live here again and would recommend it to everyone!

Me and my wife had some water damage in our house and needed to find a short term living situation as soon as possible while the house is being fixed. The staff at the Reserve helped out a ton with getting us into an apartment fast, and they’ve all been super helpful over the past few months we’ve lived here. The manager there is also super friendly and she’s been incredibly helpful with any issues and questions that me and my wife have had. Customer service has always been a big deal for both me and my wife, so we really appreciate all the help we’ve gotten here so far. My real estate agent has also been living here for over a year and he’s had the same experience! Highly recommend this place!!

Quiet community with management that truly cares for its tenants.

I moved from Washington State and leased my unit sight unseen. I was very happy when I arrived and saw the complex and my unit. It surpassed my expectations. Last week I had an issue with my renters insurance. Dani and Candace helped me get it taken care of and it was painless. Thank you.

I’ve lived here 2 years. When I first moved in, it was a great complex with an awesome staff and maintenance team! Now, the new office staff is terrible. Not only are they completely rude and unhelpful, theres always an issue. Whether being up-charged, account issues, or maintenance work orders being cancelled without being completed, theres ALWAYS an issue. And when you call the office or go up there to talk through an issue and get it fixed, you are greeted with a lovely frowning face and bad attitude, and most likely told they “can’t do anything about it”. Not to mention the plenty of times you will hear the office staff talking poorly of other residents, talking residents personal details out loud for all other residents to here, and if you’re lucky you’ll hear the Manager cussing out the other employees and maintenance team (maybe even yourself!). I’ve been lucky plenty of times… needless to say, I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can get our of here. And I’ve heard the same from plenty of other residents. This place is about to be run to the ground.

I called this property repeatedly no one EVER returns phone calls. So I went in person I was told to put in an application to get put on a waiting list. The following month I went back to see how the process works. The office was open no one was there the maintenance man gave me a drink and contacted someone they said they’ll be there in five minutes, I waited 45 total minutes no one ever showed. This is very tacky for a so-called great property. I’m sure I’m not alone with poor feelings toward property.

The Reserve at Quail North is a really great place to live! My husband and I have lived here since May 2018 and we really love it here! The office staff is so awesome and personable and really care about their residents. The apartments are nice and new and look great and the location of these apartments is phenomenal! You are so close to anything you need/want, but you also feel sort of secluded from the crazy busyness since the community is set back from the main road. HIGHLY recommended!

This is my second time staying at The Reserve. Great place to live. The staff is great and has always treated me with respect. The apartments are new and clean. Would recommend anyone to live here! It’s a great complex.
