The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Power Place
The staff here were polite and genuinely tried to help me through the application process. However, because of the income cap, the qualification process is extremely detailed and time-consuming. They need to verify your bank account information, what assets you have, and your full rental history. They will send both an email and a letter to your previous landlord. You’ll need to provide 5 paycheck stubs — one from the beginning of the year and 4 recent ones. If you have anything under your name, such as a home, they will need the property value and tax information for it. They will ask for a lot of information. If you are coming to work here for the LNG CP2 project, honestly, don’t bother applying here — save yourself the time and apply somewhere else.
