I absolutely love living here at The Reserve at Kenosha! Phenomenal management, excellent apartment and grounds upkeep and an Outstanding community. The welcome you drone day one and make you feel like you’re at home. The events are a great way to get to know your community better and who’s living near you. This was the first place I moved into coming from another state. The front desk ladies are super nice and helpful, especially Jen who helped me with the leasing process. I felt very safe and satisfied for what I was paying for. This place offers a calming and friendly environment. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The staff at The Reserve is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are there to answer every single question, and help in anyway they can. The move-in process was absolutely seamless! The community is so beautiful and clean, the dog parks are great for our furry friends, the gym is always perfectly spotless, and the community events are great too! We have loved living here so far!!! I highly highly recommend checking out this community; you will not be disappointed!

In the last year I have only needed to submit 2 service requests. Both requests were addressed promptly, within hours of being submitted. The maintenance staff is terrific and the office staff is helpful and friendly. This is a wonderful place to live.

If you’re looking for a place to call home look no further. The location is unbeatable, my apartment is beautiful, the staff is so friendly, the amenities are amazing and the school district is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better place!

The maintenance team at The Reserve does a great job to uphold a clean and comfortable living space. Overall, this community is a great place for anyone looking in the Kenosha area!

If you want to move in, WAIT until the construction is done. Noise all day long, construction workers walking through the property Overall the property is cheaply made for how much rent you have to pay AND you have to pay all utilities including water! Garage spaces are extra a month so add that on top of the rent as well. May appear nice upfront until you get all of the details So many mean dogs too that want to attack you when you are walking

The first year the community was great. The grounds were kept clean and in the winter snow was removed. However, the second year I lived here the snow was never removed and you had to dig yourself a path to walk to your car because they didn’t remove the snow or put any salt down. Parking is an issue and will always be an issue. You can hear your neighbors and their whole conversations and everything else they are doing. The pool is always overcrowded because the staff does not enforce the rules to only have two guests. People have pool parties all the time. Management only enforces rules when they feel like it and make up rules as they go. The new girl that works at the desk is rude. I never had a problem with staff until she started working there. For the price of the apartments and how the quality has decreased since they first opened, I would say to go somewhere else. I’m glad I did.

Be careful when scheduling an appointment at the Springs! I called and scheduled an appointment and received an email and text confirmation. Once arriving at the leasing office, I was told they had no recollections of my appointment, as if it was never scheduled. First the rep, thought I called the wrong phone number. Until I showed both of my confirmations and all the rep could say is "let's just reschedule my management team messed up". No apology or any sort of compensation. Mind you, I drove about 45 mins for this appointment. They staff did not even apologize for this mix up or seem sincere in anyway. I ended up rescheduling but than cancelling. I called to let them know and explained the situation that occurred perviously, all the rep could say was "I hope you have a good search"...again....no sense of empathy or apologizing! I do not want to live at a place where they do not even care and show a poor sense of customer service. This was a big turn off!!!! I feel like I dodged a bullet and will end up saving ALOT of money.
