Property Ratings at The Reserve at Coconut Point
The unit was nice and everything seemed great at first, then rent rates fluctuated beyond what was outlined in the beginning, fees would pop up from several months ago that were already paid and then there were the fees for pest control all the while silverfish were everywhere.

This place is a rip off, and taking advantage of people. Raised the price of apartments by $ 700 in one day. Office staff think they are above the rest of us, why?

I will say that my move in date did get pushed back a bit but, I suppose that comes with the territory when you are moving into a brand new construction building and the efforts made by the office personnel to keep me updated did not go unnoticed....with that said, the community is gorgeous and I can not wait to be unpacked and settled just before the holidays are here to enjoy every minute of my new home.
