Manning is a small town in Clarendon County known for its fishing opportunities and its landlocked striped bass in particular. Manning is home to the Annual Striped Bass Festival as well as several fishing tournaments. Farmland surrounds Manning, leading to a distinct rural feel in town.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Britton Park
They refused to refund my security deposit even though I never moved in due to the apartment having roaches and flies/gnats all over. The windows broken out in the bedroom not repaired from previous apt owners. It was just too much with the apartment going on. I just need my security deposit! Beware of this apartment and company.
