Property Ratings at The Reserve at Ashley Lake
Living here has been the worst rental experience I've ever had period.. Property management is clueless and careless. My move in was delayed by 5 days, and they tried to charge me for the 5 days that they requested. Upon moving in multiple items in my unit were broken and a washer and dryer was missing. After multiple visits to the office and threatening to withhold rent, they installed a washer and dryer that did not fit the laundry room, damaging the floors and walls in the process. Upon inspection the exhaust vent was completely disconnected as the machine was too big, the door had to be removed in order to fit the laundry unit. The thermostat was broken for a month and kept blowing cold non-stop. Keys for the mailbox were "missing".name never provided upon moving in. After a month they finally changed the lock. I should have a $1000 concession under my lease agreement for the month of October. I've paid my balance minus the concession well in advance, and now they are charging me a late feel. This place is a disgrace and the person running it needs to be replaced immediately.

Everything was smooth sailing! I love the layout and the location I am in! Very quiet and my dog loves it here. We enjoy seeing the ducks and looking at the pond.

Not a big fan of all the pot smoke from the neighbors, and the lack of parking is a bit of a pain, but I do know that Management and Maintenance are wonderful! They always address my concerns and are very prompt.

Just started our move in process! It’s be a super smooth transition and we love the apartment. Looking forward to setting up the wifi and utilizing the amenities! Only feed back is we’ve noticed some chips in certain paint and occasionally smell smoke of certain substances.

It’s not that bad, there are just not a lot of parking, it’s a struggle to find one sometimes, and I can’t get the fact that bc my apartment is a classic it doesn’t comes with lights, all apartments should come with lights

We LOVE our new home! Sam was our leasing agent and he is highly attentive, thorough, professional and kind. I came with a list of questions and he answered them all. He was able to get us approved very quick and easy! Thank you Sam. Upon move in, I met with Diane. She is informative and friendly. The community is overall great. A place you can truly call home. Peaceful and quiet. Valet trash is super convenient. I also submitted some maintenance request and they were all handled in a great timely manner. Beautiful and spacious apartment for a 1 bedroom! We love it here so far! The ability to have a smart home linked to my phone is a great feature especially if I forget to lock up in the morning. With one click the door is locked! I am a total over thinker and the leasing team was so helpful and able to answer all of my questions promptly without getting angry about my frequent calls to the office.

Very unsafe, lot of shootings. Valet trash that was pushed down our throats doesn't work, currently my trash has been sitting here for days. Putting lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe the 'improvements'. Why am I staying here? The market sucks and everything is overpriced. This atleast is still on the affordable yet way overpriced end.

It’s been a few years. The outside has been painted, trees planted but no parts on the inside are replaced. They have to break completely down after bandaid bandaid bandaid for it to be considered having to be replaced.

Overall a good place to live. I've not had any problems here, just renewed my lease for another year, I like it so much. They're making the community look better by making some improvements on the roads and parking lots. Also very good with the maintenance of the outdoors. The cost of living vs. customer service experience makes this an average at best neighborhood. Hopefully, there is improvement soon. For example, the gym should be opened 24 hours and the pools should be opened all day until 10 pm but they are not because staff is accommodated instead of residents.
