I just moved in and I'm super excited! All the amenities on the property are great and the staff has been super helpful with the entire move-in process.
I love living here. Just moved in but the community is so well maintained and so nice. I love the private entry and the dog park is to die for
I just moved in, and I’m already so happy with my new place! The apartment is spacious, bright, and well-maintained. The kitchen has all the modern appliances I need, and the bathroom is sleek and comfortable. The building is quiet, and the management has been super helpful. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything I need. So far, it's been a great experience, and I’m excited to call this place home!
Touring and the online application process was quick and painless. Move in was easy and thorough. Everyone has been very helpful throughout the process.
It’s a really nice apartment and very quiet. The condominium is very organized and clean. I feel very safe living here. I super recommend it.
I love that The Reef is within walking distance of so many of the amenities that Wauwatosa has to offer. From the farmers market to the Christmas market, there is always something to do.
The Reef made moving stress free with the easy onboarding and strong communication in my preparation to move in day. Only a day in and have already met a few friendly people, the Reef community seems like where I belong.
Absolutely love living at The Reef. The leasing team is amazing and maintenance is always on top of things. From free coffee to surprise donuts, this is a community worth exploring.
My wife and I have enjoyed The Reef brewer outing. The taco truck night was great and the breakfast food to start your day. Katrina and Sean are doing a wonderful job.

I just moved in, but love the community and experience thus far. The staff is friendly, and the grounds and common areas are clean. The garage parking is a little tight, but accommodating.

The apartments are filled with great residents. Not to mention, the apartments are located in an ideal location. The neighborhood has great attractions from restaurants to parks.
I absolutely love living here. The management is great, residents are very nice and the amenities make it home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Tosa community.
Apts are luxurious, great location to everything, generally ok with safety in the area (still concerns), dog park is big and when available it's nice to have, pool and club house are huge and a grill is a nice perk. Maintenance is amazing and VERY quick!! Management is helpful always. Unfortunately rent goes up about $100 each lease term even though there aren't new amenities or perks to the rent raise except "market value" so we are getting priced out of the area. Compared to other places, they have great deals on new renters and parking is MUCH cheaper. The gym is very small and the air freshener makes it impossible to get through a workout so we join other gyms. Also the factory smells sometimes but depends where you live. We've enjoyed being here overall and if we were to do it again we would choose The Reef.

I moved into the Reef a few months ago and have absolutely loved it so far! There is so much to do around the neighborhood and I love the pool. Only complaint is that it can be a bit noisy at times and there is dog poop laying around.
Great community to live in. Neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well maintained, and there is always coffee in the clubhouse. Not to mention, so many other assets are nearby like parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and more.
The staff are super nice! The apartment is clean, quiet, and the neighbor hood is very nice! The amenities are clean and up to date and easy to use.

I’ve had a great experience at the complex. The best part is the staff. They are extremely responsive to questions and requests. The maintenance crew has responded to all our needs quickly.
Nice community, nice staff. My Apartment materials are low quality. Bathtub molds quickly due to it being plastic. Plastic material cleaned over time exposes pores making way for mold. Additionally, no working bathroom ventilation,installed but not ever hooked up?Floors are not properly installed, there is exposed space between flooring and trimming. Doors in home seem more made for an office than a home.
So far, everything has been great! Clean, new, quiet. Matthew is very helpful. We really enjoy staying here! We also love how close it is to everything we need.
