The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Quarantined in a unit with massive amounts of mold in/behind the shower walls, causing the tiles to fall out and mold smell to constantly fill apt. Bad electrical wiring causes lights to flicker/randomly not work/make popping sounds. Windows/doors have rotten seals which trap mold/water in summer and ice in winter, causing expensive Heat/cooling bills. Been waiting on fixes since June but office sends weekly excuses.

We take maintenance reports from residents very seriously. Due to the nature of your concerns, we feel it would be best if we spoke with you directly. Please give us a call at (765) 448-4519 when you have the time. Thank you.
My mom just recently moved in, and she loves it! It's quiet, they made the process easy, and her move in gifts were too sweet! Thank You!
I absolutely love this place. The staff has always been super friendly and helped with any needs that I have. The maintenance staff is quick and does the job well. The best part about this place is the view. If you are lucky enough to live in one the the apartments that face the woods it feels like home, not an apartment complex. It is a quite place to call home. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner!
When I moved into this area to go to school at Purdue University, I needed to have an apartment off campus. I did some shopping around and was mostly underwhelmed, but Timber Edge Estates was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of bang for your buck. My 1-bedroom apartment is enormous with more than ample closet space, the management is great and fix any problems as promptly as you could imagine, and it's quiet. I can't say enough good thing about it!
