my ceiling caved in and I wasnt the only one. Very poor communication from management. Stay far away. No hot water in february for 20 days. No discount on rent and they wanted me to sign an NDA just for them to pay for a hotel. The elevator didn't work half the time because the elevator door doesnt close and gets stuck. It's also LOUD. CONSTANTLY under construction, too. RUN!!!!
Very, very poor communication from management, shady unit switching after a prelease is signed, very messy maintenance workers who leave urine in the toilet and dirty rags everywhere, an elevator that never works in a building that's seven stories tall, pitiful laundry facility (a single washer/dryer for the entire floor), expensive additional fees for parking. I backed out of my prelease when all this came to light and learned there was a WAITLIST for refunds -- that many people have backed out. Stay away from this property until/unless new management takes over.
