Sheila and Hannah are two front office people that are there to assist or direct you with any questions or problems you may have. They always have the answer! Excellent community with great neighbors. I love the central location. Management/leasing and maintenance are professional, courteous, and friendly. I like that it’s a green and dog friendly community. I love the space in the townhomes. I have lived in both the 3 and 2 bedroom townhomes, and both have great features! The Quaye of Palm Beach Gardens is the best multi-family community I have ever lived in! The staff at the office is very kind, helpful, and professional. The townhomes are not only beautiful, but also well kept!. I also love the gym (and all the equipment it offers), and the indoor basketball/volleyball court, which happens to stay open 24/7 - Perfect for busy residents who like to stay in shape, and healthy. I have been happy here, and love my new home! Living at THE QUAYE PALM BEACH GARDENS is WONDERFUL! Since the day I first arrived at the leasing office, and met with Sheyla, the kindest, most courteous, welcoming, and professional leasing agent I have ever met, my experience has been wonderful! The maintenance team is really great, and willing to take care of things promptly, and to the residents liking. Very nice! The townhouse I live in, the nice residents, the inside of the community, the nicely redone roads and driveways, the pool and pool area, the gym, volleyball/basketball court, playroom, spin-cycling room, the lake and beautiful fountains, the walking trails, the trees and vegetation within the community are all great things that make your experience as a resident simply wonderful! I would strongly recommend the QUAYE OF PALM BEACH GARDENS to anyone who wants to live in a comuninity that is way above the ordinary!

I moved to the Quay from out of state after 20 years of being a homeowner, so I was nervous and new to the rental experience. If I would have learned about the Quay and their hands on, full service leasing agent, and their amazing community, I would have moved years ago. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful place to settle into. The amenities are above average, clean and tidy and the grounds are beautifully maintained and well lit in the evening. The Quay is centrally located only minutes from shopping and businesses. It's the full package, you won't want to pass this one up!

Great place to live. The property is always clean and well maintained. Great amenities and location. Excellent staff. Theyre very courteous and professional. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of in a timely and expeditious manner.
