You’ll be breathing in mold in this place. It’s not a safe area to live in. You won’t be able to sleep or rest because of the constant noise and paper-thin walls. They charge a fortune, and all the photos are fake. Grill area never works, pool has been closed all summer. And they keep charging tenants for amenities. Greedy company. Once you move in, they’ll ghost you, ignoring every issue and complaint. If you’re looking for a nightmare, choose Quaye Wellington under its new management company, Dermot—they’ll take everything from you

Pool closed since June first. It’s almost August now. Maintenance staff is super nice and very friendly. Can’t say that for the office staff.

Location is good. Many things super close within walking distance. Connected plaza very well lit. Offers food, shopping, crafts, electronics and pharmacy.

Rent keep going with no upgrades to the unit lack of parking and have to pay an annual fee to register your vehicle to park in the community where you reside and pay rent lawn maintenance is poor not well kept

My dogs absolutely love the obstacle course!! Makes me so happy. It’s clean and we don’t hear our neighbors!! Huge plus, because it keeps out dogs from barking.

Wonderful place to live. My son loves the amenities and I’m happy he’s home doing fun things. Parking is to be desired but over all a great experience.
It’s beautiful but infested with roaches. I’ve requested pest control. That’s fine nothing. The roaches are getting not my belongings and my bed. I’m ready to move after one week

Amenities are great my son loves them. We use the gym and basketball courts daily. Over all a safe nice place to live. We do have a lot of parking issues with people always parking in areas they should not.

Just moved in but I can say that management really cares, the neighborhood is so well maintained and safe, and the apartment is in very good condition (as we had hoped). Management is very responsive and caring and maintenance is the same, these are critical elements to happy apartment living.

Quaye has been a peaceful community for us. However, there is still the issue of trash collection and disposing of it. The compactor always seems to be overfull, and the valet trash pickup is an unnecessary monthly charge.

Wi-Fi in the common area and office never works since I moved in. Talked to the management few times, it leads that I don’t use this space at all, but I actually need it. Office managers are concentrated on new sales and put me in line after new clients, because I already have signed the contract and they don’t want to put to much effort to communicate with me. Safety in community (it’s dangerous to go outside now at night, comparing to 3 years ago when I walked in the evening). Gates are open because they are broken, it didn’t happened 3 years ago so much. So the prices has raised but the quality no.

Great place to live. The reason fits four stars is it gets a little crazy at the pool after hours on the weekends and no one to control it and we live next to the pool. Other than that we enjoy living here!!

I've enjoyed loving here so far. My only complaint would be how hard it is to get a hold of the front office, and how maintenence takes forever to respond to requests.

Community is wonderful. So many amenities and community events. While the parking isn’t the best the area makes up for it. Things happen but the maintenance team is spot on and so friendly!
