Located along beautiful Lake Erie, West Bank is a gorgeous waterfront community. The area is great for renters of any budget with affordable dwellings to luxury condos. Old River and the Cuyahoga River run through the neighborhood, providing dazzling scenery perfect for fishing, boating, and swimming. There are several yachts clubs and marinas along these rivers.
West Bank is home to Wendy Park and the Historic Cleveland Coast Guard Station. The extremely popular annual Burning River Fest is held at these two destinations for a two-day celebration of craft beer, wine, food trucks, and live music. Property Ratings at The Quarter
The prices advertised on this website are significantly lower than what they offer to renewing residents with no real explanation as to why besides the “market price”. It makes no sense why two identical units are able to be rented for such different prices. If the market has increased that much, then new residents should be paying a price that reflects that, not several hundred dollars cheaper. Maybe this is industry standard but it to me it is sketchy. Overall the building, amenities and staff are great but the pricing situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
This apartment looks nice and bubbly but that is exactly how they attract you. You sign an overprice lease then have to pay $300-$500 extra a month for electric cable water trash mail parking. The management is unresponsive and worry about their appearance more than helping residents. A/C unit has gone out on me several times where i had to stay in a hotel and their response was that they would never recommend me of doing this. Well, when my apartment was at 88 degrees, they decided the problem was fixed by putting an air conditioning unit in my window that made my electric bill double. When i brought up the bill they said this looks normal! I will not recommend this apartment to anyone. Beware of being misinformed.
I had a very positive experience with this building and my unit. The pool is great, and the location makes anywhere in downtown, Ohio City, or Tremont easily accessible. Staff was flexible!
