The Quarry

I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. After moving out, I was hit with inflated and inconsistent charges that went far beyond normal wear and tear. When I asked for invoices or receipts to prove these costs, they admitted they could not provide them. This kind of billing feels predatory and deceptive, especially when tenants are not given transparent documentation to back up what they’re being charged. I am currently disputing these charges, and in my experience this property management company does not act in good faith with tenants once you leave. I’ve rented many apartments over the years, and I have never had such a negative move-out experience.

These apartments while looking very nice and new on the outside are so terribly built on the inside and have no proper insulation inside. During the summers all you have is a little AC unit in the living room which does nothing. The apartments are built using cheap materials so things are easy to break which is what they want so they can take even more money from you on top of the ridiculous $650 non refundable deposit. The staff are nice but are the most unhelpful people you will ever deal with, maintenance are the only actual helpful people. The office staff are extremely childish and unprofessional and only care about getting money from you. They also set unrealistic living standards and demand that you don’t do certain things in your own apartment. When it comes time to move out they take as much money as they can from you, and they are always raising the rent. Overall this has been a terrible experience and would recommend to whoever is thinking about renting here don’t do it!!!

Do NOT live here. They get you with the updated nice looking apartments but read the fine print or they will take you for every penny you have. Horrible management in place and extremely greedy. I moved out of state almost 4 months ago and they are just now coming after me for charges saying the apartment was dirty and damaged. I payed over $400 to get it cleaned and fixed up before I moved out so they are 100% lying. They also refused to let me join the walk through, shocker. Do NOT live here.

Quiet, clean, and tranquil to live here. Neighbors keep at nice, and courteous. I love to use the gym after grabbing the free coffee provided, yum! The clubhouse, and barbecue area such a cool space to host a party. Excited for the sun to come out to get back to barbecues, and more dips in the swimming pool. Quarry team stays super friendly, supportive, and ready to address any concerns that may arise. Much love, and appreciation calling Quarry our home.

It feels really safe here. I walk alone at night all the time.

The community is always kept clean and in cold months I feel they do there best to keep the area safe for all to get around. In the summer the trees and flowers and grass areas are very well maintained and beautiful.

hese apartments are not safe at all, there are no security features, and when asked, the management does nothing to promote the safety and security of its tenants. There are violent crimes occurring in the parking lots and when notified nothing was done to address the concerns. They’re greedy and make it very clear that money is more important than they safety and security of their tenants.the apartments themselves are extremely cheap and look dated even though they are brand new. They’re extremely drafty and hard to keep warm with all the crappy heating units being located directly under the windows. Don’t rent here!!! You’ll end up having to pay legal fees to terminate your lease and it’s really not worth it!

Although we’ve only been here for a short time, it feels like a very nice community with a beautiful view of the mountains. The property appears to be very clean and mostly quite.

Quarry Appartments charges an unrealistic non-refundable deposit to re-decorate, however they will charge you for the poor quality mini-blinds that are on the door that fly up and get caught on your clothes when exiting the door. The lower portion of my blind got bent and I bent it back the correct way. Blind was not damaged beyond use in any way. They charged me for the blind as well as replacing stove drip pans that were hardly ever used. Apartment was left cleaner than when I moved in. Forwarded my mail when I moved out to the wrong address. Parking is horrible!!! Guest are required to park on street and if you cannot find a spot to park you have to carry your groceries and babies from out on the street. Apartment was not sealed up very good. Very drafty. Wind comes in from stove vent as well as underneath the air cond. Dirt would also come in and cover the counters and floor when wind blew. Very expensive for a low end build.

A nice quiet and safe area you won't have any worries about.

We were very impressed with the layout of the apartments. The leasing team is excellent. Beautiful well kept grounds. Great amenities for the tenants.

We were able to rent a 1br and do all of the paperwork from out of state. The listings are very accurate and management responded very quickly to our online application. Once we arrived we were even more pleased to find that the location is minutes from every possible shopping destination in the valley. Also, urgent care is just across the street. The facilities are brand new so you will most likely be the first person in your unit. They were able to accommodate our request to be on the ground floor. everything has been great! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful apartments, helpful staff and great location!!!

The apartments and grounds are beautiful! It’s new so not all of the amenities are done but I can’t wait for the dog park to be done! My move in experience was seamless and everyone I’ve worked with has been great. I only have 2 complaints, I wish there were more parking in front of the buildings and I wish my garage wasn’t so far away from my building.

The Quarry is a beautiful apartment complex with large apartments and high ceilings. Although I would prefer an elevator, I chose the 4th floor for the view and exercise walking up stairs. I had an amazing experience with Zeke, he is extremely professional and personable. I spent a lot of time deciding on which apartment to choose since it was a brand new lease up and he was so nice and patient with me. The entire process was seamless. The other teammates were also professional, personable and very friendly. I would highly recommend The Quarry to live...I love, love my apartment!

The staff are great, my apartment is comfortable and inviting. I love the grounds. I wish they had an outdoor fireplace to sit by.

The staff at The Quarry is amazing! We are constantly greeted with smiling faces and they are so eager to help with all of our questions and needs. The communication has been top notch and was one of the main factors that helped us decide to live at the Quarry. Our apartment is new and clean and very comfortable. The common ares are great and the work out facilities are an amazing touch to the lifestyle.

If management could come up with a way to better protect the community and provide a safe place for us it would make living here a whole lot better. Also the parking was poorly designed for residents.

If I were you I would look elsewhere until the Quarry steps up to provide adequate parking, better trash services, make units more ennergy efficient, and upgrade toilets to standard not baby size toilets.

The staff at The Quarry is amazing! The clubhouse is very nice. My kids and I absolutely love it! Great location and amenities.

Great place to live thus far! Staff is always very accommodating and friendly. Love the amenities including the Fitness center and community center. Zeke and Judeisha are always very welcoming at the front desk! Grounds are well maintained and the units are top notch, love the included garage parking.

If you are looking for a place to call home , then definitely this is the place to be . Come and enjoy the great amenities such as coffee , the gym, I'm anxiously waiting for summer to start emerging myself in that pool , great proximity to the mall , the hospital is just at the entrance , the neighborhood ,l, I wouldnt have wished to be in a better place . Much thanks to Zeke and the entire management , they made my moving smooth and easy and also made sure that Im satisfied with what I get.

The Quarry is a beautiful place to live. The device and help we received when we first arrived here was awesome. The team they have here today did a great job of explaining everything about or home and all the other commodities included. They are always friendly and our neighbors too. We love living here.

I needed to move to the Spokane area ASAP for my job. The staff at The Quarry were very friendly, quick and efficient in helping me figure out if this was the right place for me, and how to apply online. I was able to complete everything online which was very helpful since I was still in Salt Lake City while trying to find an apartment with such short notice. The staff helped make the move possible, and Im very happy with my decision to move here. This is my first apartment, and I have loved it so far!
