The 2 bed apt is fine. I particularly like the large walkin shower. There were no towel racks in the bathroom but the management installed one that I had to purchase. The kitchen is nicely designed but definitely on the small side. I had to purchase 2 standing glass units to accommadate my kitchenware. The nice sized balcony is filled with my plants, 2 chairs and a table - I enjoy it, as does my kitten, who loves to sit out there. I have been offerred help when I have large packages - and use of a wagon.

This is the best living experience I’ve ever had. I love the sense of community that I feel here. The style of living is perfect for the stage in my life. Their amenities are by far superior to many other places that I have storage. That’s why I renewed my lease for another year and a half their gym is. It is exceptional. I visit daily. Their pool is luxurious. They’re valet makes me feel safe. The management is very good to me. The Concierge are very friendly and warm.

Impressive!

I've visited countless luxury communities. Every place has it's share of issues and I'm sure Variel is no different. However, the staff seems responsive, the community was clean and well-organized, and aesthetically pleasing to look at. Defintiely worth a visit to formulate your own opinion.

I love it here.

I was one of the first tenants to move into this complex when it opened and haven’t had a single problem in the 2+ years I’ve been here. The units themselves are gorgeous, there are a ton of amenities, and the complex is incredibly secure. My experience with management has always been pleasant and they have consistently gotten back to me in a timely manner each time I’ve reached out to them with questions. I can’t speak for everyone else, but my experience here has been fantastic.

Stay Away!!!!!!

Stay Away!!!! The owners, management and staff have no clue what it means to provide a pleasant living experience when it comes to their residents “Deels Properties” is a money gouging company they are extremely nice until you move in then all bets are off you can’t move freely without receiving a complaint from the office if you hang a tv on the wall you will be charged $500 for damages if you hang pictures on the wall they will count each hole and charge you per hole the building is always dirty plus they obviously used the cheapest materials possible so if you breathe on the flooring in your unit it will scratch then you’ll be charged for that as well but they promote the Property as an A class building which is a big lie the staff is completely useless and unprofessional they maybe would act more professional if they were trained properly Instead they are 100% responsible for all the negative experiences residents like myself are having they don’t listen to anyone because they believe that they are exempt from constructive criticism so please don’t waste your money, the building is managed poorly and filled with prostitutes, drug dealers and drug users so listen closely and “Stay Away” trust me.

Happy tenant!!!!

This building has really surpassed my expectations. I have been living here for 5 months now. I would like to say that the level of beauty and lifestyle that this building offers is the best in the valley. My apartment is on the Penthouse level and has so much light, we absolutely love it. I was scared to move to the valley as I have always lived in very high end buildings including The Ten Thousand building. I know I am very hard to please and my expectations are probably a little more higher than the average person. Firstly, it starts off by the staff who run the building. In the past this is the main reason I have left and moved out is because of poor management. Here at THE Q I have to say I have had many interactions with the community manager Harvie. She goes above and beyond and is not a manager who sits behind her desk and does nothing, she cares and it shows. She is making sure the property is run the way it should be. Always attentive, professional and welcoming. Every time I have interacted with her in the hallways, walking the building she greets you by name and always asks if everything is going well. Every time she has assisted me or my boyfriend with an issue it’s done and taken care of. Her positive attitude and professionalism sets the tone for the rest of the staff and it really does show. Also, Laura at the front desk is so sweet and knows exactly how I like my coffee without me even asking for it. I would like to say Thank you to all of the Q team for making us feel like we are really home and providing us with such high level of customer service. It has not gone unnoticed and we appreciated the team for making our experience thus far such a pleasant one. We will be living at The Q for hopefully many more years to come.

The BEST apartment in Warner Center

Wow. Just wow. I toured almost every new building in this area and nothing compares to this one. I’ll start by saying that I was completely blown away just entering the building. To start, they have valet. I’ve lived in the valley for over 20 years and no one here has valet. When I came in for my appointment, I was kindly greeted by their concierge, Carlos. On top of that, they had the coolest sign with my name on it. That level of service is not something you see everywhere. The leasing staff was incredible and the apartments were even better. I looked at a few two bedroom options and was impressed by the different finish options you get to choose from. I was mostly impressed with how many amenity spaces they have. They mentioned all of the outdoor spaces and rooftops they have and it was actually something I could use during covid. Most places I went didn’t have any amenity I could use. The gym I currently go to has been closed for months. Tiffany told me about all of the free gym classes they offer outside which seems to be a lot more than anyone else is doing. I am so happy the valley finally has a building like this.
