Located less than eight miles north of Spartanburg and 33 miles northeast of Greenville, Boiling Springs is an attractive upstate suburb set among the rural South Carolina landscape. Named for a now-defunct natural spring that sat at the center of town, Boiling Springs is a tranquil setting for those who enjoy the countryside, or just want a bit more peace and quiet after commuting to Spartanburg or the surrounding area.
There are upscale single-family homes, rustic-style apartments, and more traditional houses available to renters in this 6.8 square miles town. A select number of restaurants and shops line Boiling Springs Rd., and there’s Va-Du-Mar McMillan Park for those days when you just want to be outside. As Spartanburg continues to grow, Boiling Springs is receiving more big-city amenities like breweries and distilleries. The city isn’t far though, thanks to the collection of Interstates nearby.

The cost of living for what you get is highly worth it at this apartment. Watch prices as they fluctuate and jump on the best deal. The complex is pretty and well maintained. The units are clean and some have newer appliances. The floorplan is well thought out. The community is quiet and considerate.

This place is trying desperately to become a dump…and it’s well on its way. First of all the trash situation is unbelievable, I love looking out my window to see trash piled high by the compactor that works occasionally… and no one cares, the grounds and the facilities need work as in boards and trim are broken or in some state of disrepair on various facilities such as the car wash, the apartment itself was dirty when we moved in, to the point we had dust the whole place down before setting up our furniture and stuff. Cars driving around with loud stereos at all times of night and the apartments are so poorly built that you can hear everything from your neighbors, I lived in apartments before but this is by far the most poorly run.

The Office staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I transferred here with my job and only had a couple weeks to find a place. I’m happy with my decision.

It's a beautiful place to live with decent neighbors and very polite management. By far and improvement on the other two apartments I've lived in. However, future residents should consider checking their air vents before moving in....

Living here for over a year now and it’s been a fairly well experience overall. The major of the other residents are kind, the community is kept up as best as they are able, maintenance guys are fantastic and do their best to address your needs as soon as they are able.

Apartments are way overpriced, management is rude and unprofessional, and there is trash everywhere as there is only one dumpster which is always overflowing because it’s completely insufficient for the community’s trash needs

Overall the management and staff are great and go out of their way to create a community sense. They respond to my concerns and I see all personnel out and about the complex, whether it's just a drive-through or even picking up garbage in the parking lot.

I just moved here after retiring from my jobo in Atlanta to be closer to family. Promenade made that so easy for me to do. They guided me through the application and were always eager to answer any questions that I had either by phone or text or email. I had no problems at all moving in and it was so easy and I am close to everything.

Overall it has been a good experience but the rent hikes have been pretty steep considering the issues we have here with garbage and the fact that the complexes need cleaning .
