I have lived at The Preserve in Cambridge for many years. I love my apartment and the building is quiet. Management is helpful and available to answers any questions you might have. A nice place to live!
The property is very clean and welcoming. Sara, the site manager, is very professional and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process step by step and everything was done in a timely manner and smoothly. Her communication skills and wiliness to help allowed us to sign the lease contract and make the Preserve apartment our new home. Thank you the Preserve team.
I moved into the preserve apartments just 6 months ago and it had been the best experience! Everybody is so nice and the landlord is so caring and does everything she can to make living here amazing! Neighbors are quiet, the complex is always clean on the inside and out, the units are are all stunning and there’s hardly ever any issues with appliances. Even if there is, it’s fixed immediately and without hassle. You will not regret moving into the preserve apartments
I have lived at The Preserve going on 4years,I moved in when they first opened. I feel like it a safe place to live.The neighbors are awesome and The management is very helpful with concerns and inputs of the rentors.Always greeted by management with a hello and a smile. Love living at Preserve apartments.
I think the apartment is great. It’s quiet and there isn’t much noise in my unit. The complex is very clean, which is super nice, they are constantly cleaning windows and the hallways. When I first got my apartment, I was shocked at how clean it was inside. It looked like they just finished building it. It’s a good building for families. I would say primarily the demographics is older,but still a lot of young people. My interactions with Barb have been great. She was on top of things during my waiting list period to get in here, and was prompt with emails or phone calls. Oh and the best part, washer and dryer in unit l.
I like the apartment very much! It’s spacious and has lots of cubboard space and I love that I have a washer and dryer right in my apartment. The staff are super nice and easy to talk to. It has a nice common area and a great workout room.
Very nice place to live. Plenty of cupboards and shelves. The in-apartment laundry is a plus. The attached garage is great. All of the residents I've met have been very nice. The management is friendly and very responsive to any issues and concerns regarding the apartments. There are a few social events here at the Preserve that have very generously included my grandchildren who live a few blocks away.
I love living here! I've lived here 19 months. I appreciate our management team because they are strict. I feel safe here and proud of the facilities when my friends and family come to visit. The neighborhood also feels safe and friendly. Bike / walking trail is right here! I can even walk to Walmart. I have recommended this apartment complex to friends.
We absolutely love living at the Preserve Apartments, our management is extremely friendly and truly cares about all your concerns. They pride themselves in keeping the building and grounds clean and very well kept. This is a smoke free property, so you won’t find a smelly building with nasty yellow walls. Decorating for the holidays and getting the kids involved with coloring pictures and trick or treating is just another fun perk about this place. They love to get their renters involved with morning coffee get togethers and pot locks. I love that we are so close to shopping and restaurant places, yet tucked back enough to not hear the hustle and bustle of cars. Altogether it’s the best apartment building we’ve ever lived in!!
Not only are they excellent in how they do business, but the staff make you feel more than a resident! They take time to talk to you and get to know you! They are considerate, kind, and understanding of you and your family’s needs! The units themselves are excellent as well as the amazing and unbeatable monthly rent! Great bang for your buck! Best apartment complex I have been apart of by far! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
The Preserve Apartments are a wonderful place to live! The building is always clean and quiet, and the management is very friendly! I would highly recommend The Preserve to anybody looking for an apartment.
When we sold our home, The Preserve Apartments were recommended to us. Being uncertain about apartment living we were very pleased with what we saw and rented one. The management welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The apartments are always kept clean, quiet, and we were treated with great respect and kindness. When I lost my husband just nine months later, the management was kind and compassionate and was always checking to see if I was okay and if I needed anything. I love it here, have made many friends, and stores, restaurants, and my church are all close by. I have recommended these apartments to many of my friends. I am happy to say this is my home until I am forced to move due to health reasons.
The building itself is beautiful and nice to live in. The management on the other hand is rude. Accusing and constantly calling blaming your residents for things that they didn't do isn't a good way to manage.
I love living here, the building is clean, quite, and beautiful!! We are close to many places to eat, and shop, yet situated far enough back to not hear the bustle of the town. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!
I LOVE living here. It is beautiful, spacious, and everybody is so kind. I love that it is a non-smoking facility and the management keeps the inside of our building and the outside grounds looking so clean and beautiful. This management really cares about taking care of all concerns and takes pride in their building.
This place feels more and more like a prison everyday, the manager here in cambridge, is rude and unreasonable. Not a pleasant place to live.
