We have lived here a few years now. We love the location and family oriented neighborhood. I want to shout out our Maintenance Team. The guys are friendly, fast, and personable. They always come with a smile on their face and work hard to maintain the property. They have a great ticket system to request or address any concerns inside the apartment. Great place to live and raise a family. Kids play outside and neighbors are friendly. Still waiting on our clubhouse to be remodeled but hopefully it will be worth the wait once completed. We can't wait. Only downside is not having access to a gym.

We moved in Feb of 2025, had some issues with the application process. During these issues Wendy in the office helped us tremendously , she stayed late after hours to help us get the application resolved and submitted. After move in, we had an issue with a couple appliances and maintainence was ON IT right away. Beautiful neighborhood, awesome staff, reasonable rent and even nicer apartments with the new remodeled versions. Couldn’t be happier where we are.

We absolutely love living here at The Preserve! From the moment we moved in, the community has been so welcoming and vibrant. I love the fact to be near the markets, and stores and very well located, as well! I like the apartment complex. The only complaints i have are 1. Every time i put a maintenance request in, it takes a while to compete 2. Playground needs a fence around it for those people who drive fast while kids are playing 3. Maybe there should be security at the back gate because people tend to follow you in closely Overall, it’s a nice complex. Staff are wonderful and sweet

The community is great in general. A few things can be better kept such as common areas. The move-in process needs to be more explained and throughout.

Great move in experience , fast, easy and friendly staff. I use to live here in 2022 and decided to move back. Love the remolded units. They always know how to keep the property looking up to date !
The neighborhood are amazing, the nature is beautiful and quiet, I love stay close to the lake looking the ducks and the turtles, is a very green area and we love to live here because of this.

I like living here, the apartment is comfortable and the place is beautiful, although there are things that can be improved... I have been here for 4 years and I would like to see improvements in the apartment!

The condominium is very nice, well located and organized. The common facilities of the condominium are pleasant and clean.. In my first week living there, I didn't have any negative experiences with the facilities.

love It here, very nice quiet neighborhood. neighbors are friendly, a lot of stuff to do at the pool. apartments are very clean, ac works very good which is needed. definitely recommend living here

For the most part all is good. Just not the happiest paying to have trash removed. I only put out 1 or 2 small bags a week. The complex itself is nice and well maintained.
