Horrible!

This place is total rip off! They don't let you move in until the 15th of the month but you have to pay a full month of rent and then make you leave on the 15th of the month once again paying another full month of rent, so basically they keep a whole month of rent and you get nothing in return. They said they were cleaning and painting which was the delay moving in, well on move in day the apartment was filthy and we had to clean it and it was definitely not painted! They also "manage" your utilities which is a total mess. Woke up one morning to find maintenance man just standing in my kitchen, did not request maintenance and he had no reason to be there. There was no announcement or knock, but again I was sleeping. Contacted the office and they indicated it's not the first complaint they had. They also had three different managers during the year I was there 2023-2024., that should tell you something. Apartment smelled like mold, you can also smell everything from other apartments through the vents. Do not recommend this place at all!

Great Place to Live!

The Preserve is a wonderful place for students to live. The amenities are great, but the staff is even better. They always answer any questions I have and keep me informed about clubhouse events. All of my neighbors are kind and helpful as well. I appreciate the neighborhood as it is quiet and peaceful. The new renovations are very promising! Best place to live.

Wow. Where can I start? Well first the bug problem is outrageous, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom constantly, and maintaining the complex apparently was way too much for the staff to handle. As soon as I stepped foot in my apartment on move in day I immediately regretted signing that lease. The information given to me about the apartments bring remodeled was false and it was just the worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. Definitely recommend Campus for Campus Evolution over This any day.

A sweet little home

When my roommate and I found this apartment, we thought it was too good to be true. Being in a college town, it's hard to find something that doesn't feel like a dorm with a kitchen. This place is so homey and affordable it's great! So far our management has been so great about helping us with our problems unlike the other complexes in the area! I'm so glad we can call Capstone Quarters home!

One star, because 0's not an option.

This apartment is horrible. Infested with roaches, maintenance came in ALL THE TIME, even while I was in the shower!! I really wanted to have a great experience while living here, but that is not the case. I had things destroyed, violated, and even stolen !
