Property is very clean, maintenance is great, everyone in the leasing office is very helpful, kind, and responsive. Hardly ever hear my neighbors. Only thing reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the newer units have the 2-1 washer/dryer and that can be a pain. Other than that it’s one of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at, and one of the best out of the Morgan properties as a whole.

Love living here, it’s home for me. Management has been nice and understanding. They are mostly considerate of being on top of what’s going on by informing me of what’s happening in the neighborhood. Maintenance request were handled in a timely manner. The complex alone, we have our own gym, pool, dog park and the children’s park. I like it at night when there are lights, feel safe going and out of your car at the parking lot. The complex is convenient and easily accessible to Stores and Shopping Centers.

I don’t really have any complaints, maintence is quick to respond and take care of any issues you may have. The pool is nice in the summer time and the complex for the most part is quiet.

Quiet peaceful, some people don't clean their dog wastes, but it's simple. I wish there were more community activities, engaging events, outdoor fun. It's a bit boring here at times. You have to go elsewhere to enjoy the warmer days if you want more to do.

I went from a 5 to a 3 Star because the security of these apartments have gone down hill .. children allowed to be destructive ..throwing rocks and yelling and screaming at all hours of the day and night. I no longer can recommend this property. Bathrooms need updating, fuel line odor and the drainage in horrible ..the lawns turn into lakes when it is raining. After it rains the sewage comes up the drains and fills the tub with it. So sad , but true

There have been a few issues but overall it’s hasn’t been absolutely abysmal. Sometime the maintenance can take way too long, we went a LONG time without AC while it was incredibly hot. The date for it to be fixed kept getting pushed back, then there have been two ant problems now (not on us) which is a bit frustrating.

Regarding the AC issues, there was a major heat wave going on and unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the contractors and their schedule. I understand the window unit AC that we provided, is less than ideal, but we didn't want to leave you without any air conditioning at all. When it comes to the ants, they've been an issue everywhere, but we do offer pest control. So far neighbors are friendly, the sidewalks are generally clean and the rooms are nice. I do see trash sometimes littering the walkways, and the dumpster fills very quickly. The first room we were set up in was not painted well at all however, there was missmatching paint and paint on some of the floors as well as trash left in one of the closets. We had to go switch to another room, the new room was much nicer.

We used to live here more than 25 years ago. Everything has change in a wonderful way. We love it here. The apartments are beautifully remodeled. Pool area is very inviting. Landscaping around pool and all around is well kept and very nice. Great gym.

The apartment community is very nice and all the people I have spoken to are really nice both staff and other renters. How ever I was told to apartment cleaners were here the day before we moved in and there was a decent amount of dead bugs in window seals and on the floor, dirt/dust in the apartment. I’m slightly disappointed with the cleanliness, I thought they would hit everything to ensure the apartment was clean.

very great place to live friendly neighbors and awesome amenities. Plenty of space to walk dogs around and big fields to play with dogs in. The compactor is only right down the road which is nice and since it’s a compactor it’s never overfilling and doesn’t stink so that’s a plus

Everything is good but maintainence just goes into our apartment with no warning. We don’t mind generally but it’s a little aggravating to not know why they came.

I've been a resident here since October 2002. The neighbors have so far been kind and respectful. Overall it's a very safe and friendly environment. There's no loud noise at night and very rarely will you see a police car unless they do a drive through on patrol. It's a cozy countryside setting and convenient to all types of stores and eateries. I'm very happy here. God bless the preserve at Milltown.

Overall great! You can hear a lot through the walls and floors, but overall it is a great community. The maintenance is very responsive. And the staff are quick to respond.

Neighborhood is cute. The spacing with the buildings makes it feel less of an apartment vibe and more just like a small townhouse. And a really big community is nice.

Very good neighborhood, close to all the stores(Giant,Acme,Rite aid), good staff and very well maintained. Move-in was easy. The leasing staff (Jane and Courtney ) were absolutely wonderful. Good pricing on the apartments.

A quiet and beautiful space. I do not have anything bad to say. I love that they are so pet friendly. The only thing I could say is that the washer and dryer is a pain since it takes many hours to use, perhaps resulting in more electricity costs. But the rest is in line with what you pay.

Amazing and well worth moving from another state. The amenities and benefits are both great but not as amazing as having quick access to a shopping center and freeway both being only minutes away!

I have been living here since September 2023. My experience so far has been great. I thought I would be bothered by dogs barking but I cannot hear them when I am in my apartment. Communication between the staff and residence is wonderful. The staff and maintenance are very nice and answer quickly. So far so good! I am very happy.
